Food and service were good. The pre-6PM weekdays deal was good value. Service was slow however that was more likely due to being seated in a more hidden away table.

Had a pre booked Christmas meal on 2.12.21Waited an hour before food was served. It was not busyIn previous years had a very good meal and service. Because of poor service final bill reduced. Food good when it arrivedObserved other diners also had some issuesUnlikely to visit here in the future

Hidden away, next to Premier Inn. Good range of food on the menu. Bigger than what it looks like from the outside. Prices aren't Wetherspoons prices, think it was £12 for standard burger, £3+ for a coke. But food was nice and tables available.

Booked a table for early evening as we were going to the palace theatre to see hairspray. Arrived early and was greeted and led to our table by a member of staff.Unfortunately a number of food items and drinks had sold out so it was a limited menu.The food we chose was available although we couldn't have our preferred drinks.The starters and mains were both tasty and plentiful and the service was good.My only gripe was the fact that we had to wait a considerable time between ordering and receiving our starter and main course, which was probably due to staff shortages.I would go to this restaurant again in spite of this as my family did enjoy the food and ambience.

Was out with my partner and the " 2 main meals for £8.99 before 18:00 " sounds good. We ordered a starter and a couple of drinks, main meals arrived buy no starter, staff apologised and the starter arrived shortly after. The bill was wrongly charged and after apologising the issue was resolved. Can't fault the food or drink. Guy's, your food is MUCH better than Spoons, your hygiene is MUCH better than spoons, on this occasion however the service left a little to be desired. Must do better.

Great food. Came here on a weekday evening as I was staying in the adjoined hotel with a friend, and the food was excellent. Also a shout out to Chelsie was fantastic and looked after us really well. Keep up the great work!

Food is good quality and very delicious BUT the staff are what made this so enjoyable. Extremely friendly and Soo polite. Some of the best customer service I have ever had.
