"We pride ourselves on our family-friendly menu and on keeping a bar that’s stocked with award-winning Robinsons cask ales, lagers, spirits, gins and wines. The Tatton Arms is a stone’s throw from Manchester Airport, which makes us a great choice for people looking for places to eat before or after their holiday. We’re so close in fact that you can easily watch the planes from our sun trap beer garden."

Shocking , I’ve just been to the pub for some chips and a pint. Soon as I walked in and tried to find a seat The lady working on the Restaurant floor approached me saying excuse there are seats through there pointing to the main part of pub that was absolutely packed with people.I said I don’t fancy having my dinner there if I’m honest can I not sit in the restaurant where is quiet. As we were having a conversation the lady behind the bar (landlady)? was shouting “excuse me “ really loud!! She was telling me I can’t sit there unless I’m eating. That’s was fine. (But please don’t shout at me across the pub)Then I wanted to move seats as I just wanted a nice white seat to sit in and enjoy a pint. The lady behind the bar shouted “excuse me “ whilst waving her hands in the air at me. “You can’t sit there these tables are booked out “.By this time I’d really had enough of the attitude i was getting and I no longer felt I could sit and relax so I left .Poor attitude of staff … yes it’s busy but please remember we are humans with feeling.

Really lovely cosy friendly traditional pub with great food and staff. Our 1st visit to the pub as we were in the area at the covid testing park so perfect to call and have tea before coming home. Really enjoyed the evening

Went in there with my partner and two kids last night. Ordered starters and main on a reduce menu (which wasn't on the website on booking) then they told us they had no beef burgers, so we thought okay. Then the Nachos we ordered came out with no salsa, when we asked the girl just said "yeah I give you other sauces" so I asked her to take them back and off the bill as they were poor and she hadn't told us, only to find the kitchen door flying open and the chef screaming swearing. Even the couple next to us with a baby were shocked. The just asked for the bill which I thought they would just remove everything due to the experience my children had been exposed to but they just took a bit of money off. Absolute disgrace.

Very disappointing. We left a Hungry Horse pub in search of this delicious freshly cooked roast dinner the write up had you salivating but the food was so awful we sent it back. The beef was like the thin slices you get pre packaged, certainly not freshly carved from a joint. The mash instead of light and fluffy was thick and stodgy like packet mash. No honey roast parsnips, little bland roasties that looked like they'd been sat a while, no rosemary and garlic dripping on them as boasted. The veg was hard and limited and the thick packet mix gravy was over seasoned with pepper but that was the ONLY flavour this bland meal presented. Even had it been 2 for £10 we'd not have eaten it but these people charge you £14 each for this rubbish.

We popped in for a late lunch. I had the Mexican loaded fries and my husband had the cheese burger. Both delicious, hot and fresh with quick, friendly service. Recommended

Had a fabulous meal here with the family we come often and they cater for all our needs. My grandad especially loved the fish and chips. Food is always lovely and the staff very helpful

Badly undercooked chips, fish was nice however, atmosphere good, staff cold mannered and uninterested, blackboard advert on site indicated puddings at £3 if ordered with fish but not valid. A poor experience and very disappointing from a returning customer. In reply to your response, the wording was on the chalkboard stating "today's puddings, " its in the window near the entrance I suggest you have a look before clarifying further. I have also noticed a good few reviews regarding raw chips, just a suggestion but don't do chunky chips unless you know how to cook them.
