We had a memorable evening at 20 Stories. The atmosphere is fantastic, the view is amazing, and the waiters are very attentive, particularly our waiter Alex.We went for the a la carte menu and the food was delicious (pricey, mind!!) Fantastically cooked.Would highly recommend for a special occasion.

The food was exquisite, one of the best meals I've ever had. The staff inside were very kind and chatty. Unfortunately, the security guard told us to wait outside the front door for 5 minutes for reasons we never understood since we had a reservation. Hospitality is not the strong suit of this venue. Also, the ventilation shafts were full of dusty bits, not very helpful when you've been waiting for a meal. Overall, a great culinary experience, but there's a long way to go if they want to offer the absolute thing.

Went for Valentine’s Day with high expectations and it was awful. Been to many high end restaurants and this is by far the worst. To call this a starter is an insult (1 each). It was bite size and it tasted horrible. The main courses had no meat on them and with the ingredients and portion sizes it appeared as if they were trying to save as much money as possible. The salmon from Aldi tastes better it was nothing special and tasted bland. Then we have the drink I asked for the least amount of spice possible in it yet it was undrinkable and half the cup was covered in spice how is anyone meant to hold it. The view was really good though so only worth coming for drinks as others were okay and really strong.

Just having a light, midnight meal in the highest bar and restaurant in Manchester, arguably, perhaps.Arrived here in the nick of time before their kitchen closes and the staff have graciously considered. Managed to book online the last dinner slot for the night. I think it is best to dine in here in the daylight and enjoy the breathtaking view in peace since social drinkers flocked the area at this time of the night with blasting club music.Despite that, thoroughly enjoyed the cured salmon, squid ink risotto, and mushroom pithivier. Just the perfect lightness and a swig of port before bed.

Service is incredible here. All the staff were very kind, attentive and helpful.Halal food options were limited with the sirloin steak being the only halal meat option. However there is a great range of veg and fish dishes we decided to try and it was cooked to perfection. We ordered classic mocktails that were not on the menu too and the staff were very happy to accommodate this.It was a pretty chilled out atmosphere, we got up to have a nosey out of the terrace and take a few photos too, it was freezing on the terrace but the restaurant was lovely and warm even with all the doors open. For the 2 of us we spent just under £90. That's a 3 course meal plus drinks, full to the point it was our only meal that day. Honestly the cost was very very generous especially for the price at this part of town, quality of the dishes and the quantity. If you're on the fence about going then I 100% recommend giving it a try. If you're just keen on the views there is an option to pop up for drinks. You essentially get a 360° view of Manchester, even the toilets have amazing views!Would definitely go again!

Very lovely setting. Good service. It would be nice to see a chicken option on the menu. Particularly being pregnant, I found it hard to choose anything (other options including steak, duck, vege or pork). Overall great experience.

We booked a table for 9.15pm and had a good time. Food and wine was great however we were given 15min from the moment we arrived to order all our food and desert because the kitchen closes at 9.30pm. Would've been nice if we were told that at time of booking because it doesn't really make that much sense to arrive and be forced to order food straight away without being able to enjoy some drinks/conversation. Apart from that was great. Waiters are nice and the space is brilliant.

A place to visit in manchester, enjoyed the experience, from the walking in till we left. Warm welcoming from the hostess, friendly and professional staff, the food is amazing, bit pricey but totally worth it, the view is breathtaking, the best in manchester specially from the bathroom side. If I can make a comment, I was a bit disappointed as the tomatoes I've ordered were off, so I think who ever serve them should be careful, but overall the food and wine were perfect. Be going back again for sure 👍

My girlfriend took me here for one of my birthday dinners recently and we had the most amazing time. The food and drinks are out of this world! The views are breathtaking and I had such a wonderful time here. The staff are brilliant and service is very efficient. Will definitely be going here again next time we are in Manchester

I am giving 5 stars because every single member staff was amazing. Our waiter for the night, Lenny, was quite friendly and funny which we loved, also as I was with my parents (Spanish) a waiter from Spain approached us and offered to explain every dish to them in Spanish, he was very nice. The food was lovely and good quality, however, the lobster that is supposed to be shared by 2 people was very small for the price, I was still hungry after it and would have been even if I had it to myself. The tomahawk was more than enough for two , cooked to perfection and tasty. After our dinner the waiter found a nice table in the terrace for us to have some cocktails and they were amazing too! Great views, great food and drinks, and great staff! Can’t wait to go back to try the terrace menu as I’ve heard the burgers are really tasty.
