Food was OK quite small portions. Seemed clean and services was fine.

Waited about 15mins for 2 mix kebabs donner meat was dry and not that great , chicken was alright

Ordered vegetarian spicy pizza at home by justeat app. It came 20 mins before expected time and it was hot and tasty.

Always had lovely food from this takeaway. Tonight no chicken on my chicken kebab, telephoned and was sorted no problem and was delicious!! Will keep using this takeaway and recommend to all . Polite delivery drivers also .

Absolutely disgusting!!! Terrible communication and the worst language barrier I’ve ever known! Have no idea why they have someone answer the phone who doesn’t understand a word of English! Was told half an hour and waited over an hour for the food to arrive, when we called to see where the order was the man with terrible English was rude, only seemed to answer with ‘hmmm’ and just put the phone down on us. The pizza eventually arrived and was cold! Didn’t taste fresh at all. Chips were cold!Been using appetiser for over 10 years and certainly won’t be using again! Horrendous!

Just ordered and given a price of £7.50. Order came and was charged £10. I phoned to ask why and to say our food was cold. I was told minimum order is £10 and if we wanted hot, cheaper food we should drive here and collect our food ourselves. Cannot believe how rudely I was spoken too. We have been using Appetizer for the last 20 years. So disappointed with the service..

The pizza was DEAD.. felt like a soggy a soggy bit of card board in my hand, chips on the other DEAD also tasted like fries to go. Don’t get me started on the can it was warm would of preferred a glass of puddle water.

Ordered food nearly 2 hours ago. Was told it would be here for 11:45pm. Waited at door at that time...nothing! Door has a doorbell too. Rang to ask about this and the person on the phone was no help. In fact quite rude. Said we can't get our food or money back and it's not his fault. He said we were lying and the driver knocked on and also knocked on next door. The employee or manager on the phone continued to be rude and started raising his voice. Put the phone down then attempted to ri back. Horrible customer survive. Terribly long wait time. Do not recommend at all!!

Me and my partner was a regular customer. Wouldn't use them again after they got our order wrong. We understood they was busy and said if it makes it easier for yourself we'll just have it ordered tomorrow instead. So come today we ring them and they say no we said next time you order we're not going to waste our time delivering it to you. I explained we're not going to order again given the circumstance. He said that's fine. They clearly don't care about the loyal customers. The manager boddy was the one who told us to contact him to get it delivered now he's denying it and says he said on the next delivery we make. However the delivery driver they have is amazing so polite and friendly.

I order mainly of the just eat app very accommodating, food arrives earlier than expected. American hot pizza fab! No complaints from me and I order every week. Many thanks
