Not had a bad meal here, very friendly and helpful. Ive personally seen the staff owners and establishment really contribute to the community, especially around festive times!

The decor and the layout is lively but as soon as you walk through the door you can smell the toilets which was very strong.

Popped in over the weekend for a pint had a really good atmosphere was made to feel welcome by the staff ended up staying for food great deal on the small plates will definitely be back

I would like to 1st say I have just done a review on here and it said I give it 1 🌟 ,will that What's wrong I would give it 6 stars As the staff are warm and friendly and the food was amazing I would recommend it to anyone specially the chicken wings And I Will be going again....😁😁

Fun pub with good atmosphere, but our Guinness were poured in the wrong glasses and my partner was disgusted 😂

Lovely staff, we had a minor issue with a meal. They gave us the incorrect dish in addition to the one we ordered, plus a round of drinks for the inconvenience. Becky and Ryan are legends!Here is a picture of a strange man and a happy dog to say thank you

Great place. Great food. Small mix up with the food but we got to have the wrong dish and a free round for our troubles. Thanks Becky and Ryan especially. Fantastic staff.

We went for the lunchtime game one Saturday and ended up staying for the whole day. Great atmosphere. Lots of sports and a great range of beers. Becky behind the bar was very attentive and funny. She was very knowledgeable about the guest ales and has sold us in to coming back for all the events on for the rest of the year! The food was delicious and I'd highly recommend!

Absolutely love that live music is back at The Royal oak.I only popped in for a roast and I was pleasantly surprised to find Live music playing, apparently it was an Open mic night and it is now on every week!I also got told about the Thursday night Quiz and The Monday Night Rock n Roll Bingo which sounds fab, I will definitely be back very very soon!!!And these Passion fruit cocktails were gorgeous 😍🍸Highly recommend, amazing pub grub, fab atmosphere and friendly staff.
