We ordered 4 dishes and none of them had any flavour or spice. The mild dishes taste like heinz tomato soup. The average spice dishes were flavourless. Also ordered a bowl of fresh chillis but somehow were still not spicy (which is strange). The pickle tray was the best part of the meal. 1 star and 100% won't be visiting again

I’ve visited this restaurant both in house and by takeaway via Deliveroo for over 12 years. The food is always up to scratch, fresh and tasty. The chilli paneer is my family’s favourite as it’s not sweet and sticky like most places, it’s in a batter with a lovely chilli sauce. The makani paneer is also so nice if you like creamy curries. The dhaal has split peas in it which is a nice touch and dishes like saag paneer are always good. 10/10 and will continue visiting forever! Fab service and good portions too. One of the best curry houses in Manchester!

Lovely friendly restaurant, with unique Nepalese style curries.

Wonderful Indian restaurant, traditional north Indian and Nepalese style, so no Dosas, but great Dal Makhani (seriously, this is delicious). The veggie/vegan menu is big, and I have enjoyed every option so far.The staff were lovely.Really can't fault the place!

We have been going to The Original Third Eye for over 15 years and cannot recommend it more highly. It is the most authentic amazing food! Mela, Arun and all of the staff are always so welcoming and ensure the highest level of service. For us they have always gone above and beyond!Genuinely the best Nepalese food I have ever eaten.

Absolutely gorgeous takeaway last weekend. Ordered in advance and food was ready to collect. Really tasty and high quality. Definitely recommend the chilli chicken and lamb chops.

Had a takeaway from here yesterday - it was a mixed experience. The menu lists that extra sauce is available for £1.50, when I came to pick up my order I was charged £5.50 for it. When questioned about it, the staff were rude and didn’t want to hear any of it which was disappointing.Apart from the service the food was generally okay.

The chefs special lamb was nice and the yellow dahl. Chili barbecued prawns quite nice. The starter platter a bit dry and the chicken in cream and tomato sauce was bland and needed flavour. Service needs some work. Had better indian.

It was our first time trying this place, coming from London we wanted to find an Indian restaurant. We ordered third eye mix grill for starters but a lot of the marinate was quite spicy for my liking and it came with nan bread only that they had forgotten Untill we had to remind them when we got our main course. The dips that comes with papadum was so spicy, we are more used to the mint sauce not being spice at all as this would help calm my palette when eating spicy food same goes for the onion salad and again this was also very spicy which I left behind. The papadum had seeds only to find out at the end of the meal it was suppose to be healthy option of papadoms and instead of frying its baked which I didn't mind at all however I do believe this should be made clearer on the menu and we were expecting the frying papadums but do believe when we got serve papadum it needed to be cooked ALOT longer as I'm sure papadum shouldn't have any bubbles. The curry dishes was nice, lots of flavour, we ordered lamb chops masala, with , chicken madras with boiled rice, dal, veg rice and sag chicken which all was very tasty. We tried their home made mango kulfi which was the best part, it not too sweet and bit salty but also refreshing, I highly recommend to try this dessert. We found out that this place is trying to make eating out healthier so they use less oil to cook with. Not bad and would try this place again and try other dishes. If you can see the photos I've taken you can see hardly any oil floating above the curry sauce. We did find the service was slow, they opened late and had a mop and smell of bleach right at the front door.Other than that food was tasty.
