Good beer. Decent pub

Quieter than usual, and happy with that, selfishly. Certain member of staff(?), Could do with cheering up, but no mind. Beer was on form, prices as usual for the city centre. A good city pub, just off Cross St. And Albert Square. One for our crawl, and a handy stop off between other pubs.

Ive been going in this pub for almost 30 years. Many pubs and bars have been and gone in this time but this Great stalwart keeps thriving. Fantastic pub that is definitely worth a visit.A credit to Manchester and it's people.Great beer selection and good atmosphere.

Great traditional pub to call into. Friendly bar staff and a warm atmosphere. A good couple of real ales on draft also a decent selection of quick bites on the menu would definitely recommend a visit.
