I know the food is great, but sort your Web site out for opening hours. 3 times I've gone for food only to find out there have shut an hour earlier than the information given.

I did not like my super expensive fish and chips with curry sauce and mushy peas. Curry was bland, fish soggy and all batter came off (this may be the weather as it's really warm today). Best part of mediocre meal - slightly undercooked chips. It was my cheat meal for this week so I'm really disappointed. Sorry but not to my liking and would not recommend.

Always liked Tommy's. Nice crunchy batter, fish not too wet, not too dry. Chips taste like double fried, again crispy not like the greecy floppy things that you get from other places which are more suited to a face slap. English curry sauce. MMMMMMMMMMM

Excellent customer service, clean and tidy take premises. Reasonably priced.Free parking immediately outside the take away, on a prominent and busy main road location.I tried the cod and chips with a coke, which came to £6.25. The food was served fresh and tasty.Unfortunately they don’t sell haddock or other fish, but overall ‘Thompsons’, is a decent chippie, that I am happy to recommend.

Fish is lovely, chips are nice when they are straight out of the fat, I always ask can I wait for fresh chips and many times I am told they have just been cooked and I get home and they go in the bin because they haven't just been cooked. nothing nicer than hot crispy chips freshly cooked.
