Tonys Cafe in Manchester

Service awful and very slow.

Lovely café for breakfast, buzzing with takeaway orders/Deliveroo etc. The staff are so lovely! Food took a little while but that's because they are so popular and busy! Worth the wait. Lovely brekkie and coffee!

Absolute belting. My new spot for Tony's big breakfast. Absolutely stuffed and great food.

Ordered 4 breakfasts for my family after celebrating my birthday the night before. Thought it’d be a nice treat. Wrong. We only received 3 breakfasts of very poor quality, dry and sad looking. I also requested a breakfast to have no egg which they all had. We ordered drinks which we didn’t receive. I tried to contact the restaurant and ended up speaking to a guy who told me there’s nothing he can do because he has Covid. Really dissatisfied, most of it went in the bin. Wouldn’t order ever again.

I was very excited to see that Tony’s fish and chips had come to south manchester on Button Lane as I love the ones in North manchester! We ordered for tea tonight! Don’t ever get this one mixed up with the ones in Ancoatscand near thevEtihad, they’re a million worlds apart! As soon as I opened the he carton I knew! Peas all the way across the fish, making the batter soggy wet and horrible! Not crispy and loads and loads of batter with a tiny bit of fish inside! Under the fish, wet and soggy chips, about 15 of them, never again!! Is there a decent chippy anywhere in South Manchester that knows how to make traditional fish and chips with lovely white fish???
