They are sooooooo busy over covid situation , food was nice , majorly over priced but it's an airport so I expected , down load the app and service is much quicker

I was watching people sit down after me, and get their food before I actually got the water I asked for.This is 2/2 times the service in here has been atrocious.You could also see others around who were clearly unhappy too.Should it really take 15 minutes to get a glass of water?All of the waiting staff look MISERABLE!I travel alot through here and it's a shame the food here is so flimsy. You're in an amazing location.. Show it.

Been here a few times now for pre flight breakfast.Located in Terminal 3 next to the Lion & Antelope, which is always packed.Fast service and good food. Massimo Breakfast is decent for £10.95.Can get quite busy but always fast to get seated.Only ever had breakfast so can’t comment on the other items off the menu, but would choose here if I’m at the airport other than early morning.

Really??? This kinda Bolognese is worse than asda microwave food tbh. Also, the service is terrible. I waved at two waiters to order food, one blinked to me and the other one nodded at me and neither came eventually.

No waiting when I arrived and seated promptly. Order taken swiftly. My server very pleasant too. Not sure of the food quality though. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza with extra Pepperoni, it arrived with only 9 slices of it. See photo. Very expensive for average food.

Breakfast - I don't think the eggs were eggs? Toast was soggy, and they didn't have salmon for their breakfasts. Only reason I've given 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service was very nice.

I flew through Manchester twice in three days. On the way out I tried the pizza quattro at Trattoria Milan and it was amazing! It was better than the pizza that I had Italy a couple of weeks ago. I was so excited to have it again on the way back, and they did not disappoint.The staff were busy, but efficient.

The food isn't super, seriously. I ordered the recommendation - prawn pasta but the taste was so bland when in fact the menu said creamy garlicky with chilli. Portion was small but couldn't even finish it. However, the only good thing about this place is that the staff is super friendly and will try to accommodate however busy they are. So kudos for that.
