It's amazing place for cocktails. Normally they have happy hour with 2x1, and make sense, because only 1 coctail is not enough to wait for the food. If you are lucky, after 4 coctails you could have your food with you. Otherwise, it's perfect just to drink with a fast service (only drinks) and good number of options.

Love this place! Customer service was great our server was really nice and friendly, I would recommend going when drinks are 2for1 as £9.20 for one cocktail isn’t the best price! Would definitely recommend as part of a good night out just make sure you book!

We had brunch here, foods were alright.- Honey bunny birdyardIt came with some kind of fried dough at the bottom, stack with fried chicken and cream cheese on the top, water melon & sweet potato fries on the side.Chicken was really crispy and tasty, I loved the fried dough at bottom with honey. Water melon was sweet and juicy.Sweet potato fries was a huge no no, it was super oily at the bottom.- Spices fries & cheesy jerk friesFries were okay, be honestly all I remember is they were soggy.- Jerk pit wingsThe flavor was okay, nothing really special. I would say the slaw on the side was more tasty than the wings.Overall the foods were alright. It's a good place to go if you wanna grab some drinks and have a great time with your friends there.

I usually love Turtle Bsy for the great attentive and informative customer service you get but sadly this was lacking at Oxford St. We were given our menus then it took ages to get someones attention to order. Whilst waiting I noticed lots of dirty glasses all stacked up at the bar even though it wasnt that busy and only 4.30 in the afternoon but there seemed no sense of urgency to clean it up. You no longer do Caribbean iced teas which is disappointing. When asked about it we got a mumbled answer that no-one can make them anymore. No apology. Now for the food...Oh dear. I had been so looking forward to ny Curried Salmon for a long time. Unfortunately the salmon was raw and freezing cold when it arrived. I cannot understand how this dish got served up like this. I obviously complained and the waitress was apologetic and I was made another one. Unfortunately my companions had finished their food by the time I got mine. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience which would have been the thoughtfull thing to do. Just a free round of drinks for the 3 of us would have been a nice gesture. On the plus side the toilets were clean and stocked with toilet roll which can be an issue in other T.B restaurants.

Amazing cocktails on the 2-4-1 bit overpriced when full price as they are quite small. The food however was absolutely gorgeous, and full of flavour. The staff were so helpful and friendly and recommended items.Lovely atmosphere with great music and vibe.

This turtle bay is so nice! The staff are friendly and helpful, the colours and decorations are really cool too. I went with a group of 7 people and we all got different stuff. I choose the Fish Fry. The plate had a good presentation, and the salmon was delicious 🤤 the fried squid was my best part. Regardless the waiting time (around 40min- 1hr) all of the food we ordered came HOT, and at the same time. Meanwhile we were just ordering drinks and cocktails were 241 from 9pm.

Great place. The staff were super friendly, and made sure we had water all night. The only issue was that the jerk chicken arrived cold. This was swiftly replaced (with more fries and chicken, which was a bonus), but it still wasn’t particularly warm - although I didn’t bother to raise it again. The cocktails were lovely, and the fries were delicious. Turtle Bay always has a great vibe - I’d definitely come back here.

Friendly service in all of Manchester! Had an absolutely brilliant night here and were truly looked after. The food is great and the cocktails are even better! Best daiquiri I've ever had.

A large Caribbean restaurant located on Oxford Street, near St Peter's Square.Even though the place looks pretty normal from the outside, it is absolutely huge inside. There is a lot of space, with tables and booths for two, four and six. The interior is done in a style of a Caribbean beach bar, with separate bar and kitchen, seating in a way of wooden chairs and benches and lots of hanging lights. The atmosphere is great, with the restaurant being almost full, lots of people having fun and reggae music blasting from the speakers. The service was good. A waitress led me to the table for four in the middle of the floor, even though I was on my own. I was serviced quickly, as my drink was served in a minute or two and I waited only for five minutes for my main. The waiters changed several times during my time there, I believe that serving specific tables, they are working on the whole floor. This does make everything more efficient, but less personal. There is a large menu for food and drinks. A good selection of different starters, mains and desserts, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. They also offer a good variety of cocktails and rums to thy. The happy hour is very generous, so I would recommend taking advantage of it.I have ordered Bay Jerk Chicken Breast and a bottle of Island Pilsner. The beer arrived first. Unfortunately, even though the taste was good, it was served in a room temperature, which I did not really enjoy. The main was great, the chicken breast was very nicely seasoned and spiced fries were amazing. But I found the portion to be slightly small.Overall, I think that Turtle Bay on Oxford St is a great place for a company to meet for a couple of cocktails and a nice meal, I can see it being a great venue of pre-drinks. However, I do not think it is a great place for solo dining or a family meal, especially if you have very young children.
