Extremely bad taste and expensive. They don't take orders from displayed items, they don't tell the price. Food is extremely rubbish. Please never go there. Receptionist is rude. All together rude staff and overcharging

Boss is a good man who knows customer service well. Staff tried to give me hour old chips but owner came in and prepared the whole order fresh.I had ordered paid and left to come back but was delayed unavoidably. I returned 50mins later but because I had said 5mins, this staff member took it upon himself to try serve me the same food that had been wrapped on the side since then.The owner came in as I was notifying said staff member that I was going to take a photo of the food and post a review.His service was excellent and for that reason, I have given him 5stars. Customer satisfaction and comprehension of my service needs.You do need to train your staff though, that one mans attitude could have destroyed your business ratings!I wouldn’t even feed my child hour old chips.

Im giving "Urban Spice" 6 stars : p...The best grilled FOOD fresh and piping hot just the way we love it. The garlic bread cheese on top is so deliousious Thank you. The best ever tastey food no joke Alhamdulillah the driver was soo sweet god bless his generous soul. Well done guys keep up the hard work all the best!

Rude staff that lie to your face. Don't bother calling or ordering online, they won't make it till you go in person. They then make you wait forever. Food is not great either.

Not even joking, please don't waste your money, I ordered a curry it's not curry, No taste Order was short. To put it blunt if you want a dog's dinner then order from this take away. Good luck!

1st impression was they seemed friendly. But after ordering 2 chickens for 2.5£ without discussing the chicken parts type, I got only 1 breast and 1 drumstick. Whats worse was the chicken was only cooked half done with plenty red colors of the meat. Sorry if the pics are disturbing.

Absolute delicious! Walked past this place loads and always fancied a takeout from here because it looks spotless! Oh my goodness the lamb rogan josh with egg fried rice was delicious. I will definitely be ordering again. I also had meat samples stunning. Thank you so much for delivering on time.

It's like any other standard restaurant/takeaway. It is well priced, I got the Donna in the picture for about 3-4 pounds. Only reason for 3 is the chilli sauce was not very nice. And chilli sauce is very important as well all know. Feel free to drop this review a like 😁
