Ordered steak and chips. Came to my table within 5 minutes. Steak very Pippy chips looked rubbery. Left the meal went to bar and mentioned it to staff. He I will pass that on to the chef and the continued talking to a colleague. That was that no apology.

This is in a great location Portland Street lots of TV Screens to watch the sports onMy Group went in on a Saturday Afternoon just After 12 midday and was looking forward to getting something to eat. When we ask at the bar . was told by a member of bar staff that they was not serving food .when I asked way was told they had run out of plates . Well May I suggest that you get someone to move the dirty plates off the tables it was not overly busy when we walked in .

Rude staff, constant harassment to buy spirits. Icecream sunday flat pints. Come here if you’re trying to end up with some form of depression. Sadly I can’t rate no stars.

Came in here for my 30th birthday, barman was rude, talking to me as walking away through the back of his head while doing his own thing... didn't even look at me as I tried to order. After waiting 5 minutes without seeing anyone at the bat I was told at 8:46pm I couldn't order food because they stopped taking food orders 1 minute ago and the kitchen staff had already cleaned the kitchen down and finished for the night. Disgusting customer service, had to leave ASAP as my mums blood sugar levels were low and needed to leave straight away to get food. Do not recommend

Went there before the match. Often do. It’s a good pre football get together pub. Plenty of screens showing the football. Cheap beer. Plenty of space. No away fans which is a good thing

Apparently a congealed meat pie with a cast iron crust is how a pie should be. Not surprised that there is no option to post a photo on this site as they do not want to see the standard of food produced at this venue = unfortunately I was unable to give it a minus rating! To the bar person who brought out the food I would suggest he has retraining in what good customer service is!!

Bog standard venue with very little to make it worth a visit. Was surprised how costly it seemed as well for a generic stock bar. Certainly far better places in the vicinity to visit to relax and unwind for a drink or bite to eat. On the plus side, there are big screens with Sky Sports (and news) on.

Called in with a bunch of work friends to have a social pint decor within seemed to be ok. The Booth we sat in someone has managed to peel all the fake leather off the seat and it was rather disgusting with a stains It left behind from spilt drinks or that's what I'm thinking the stains was. Average pint price for the area average beer for the area

Worst breakfast I have ever had, cold bacon, not properly cooked, sausages rock hard and beans cold. Hash browns soggy, and couldn't even get a coffee with my breakfast which is stupid!!! Stay away if u want a DECENT BREAKFAST.

Always dark in here, not like the photo where its bright and airy. Good place to watch football. Good service and food. Beer nice and cold. Tables could be cleared and wiped down quicker otherwise a good drinking place and good for groups. Would recommend.
