Asked to make extra four strips after ordering on phone for pickup charged me extra £2 odd instead of just making 10 piece meal and it's not like was ready when I got there. Bit sly!! No Iman dear Muslim brothers.Reply to your answer ,this has just confirmed for me what I thought happened when your colleague was telling you and you ignored him and put it in as separate order so could you change me extra for same thing regardless if I asked or not even though I did you should have done that for your customer. And when replying to this, normal business would just apologise and said something like that was an over sight from ourselves we should offer best value for money but sometimes we may miss things.

Me and my family waited too long for the food to arrive after placing the order online as we were fasting we were given the time frame of 45 mins to 1 hour. 1 hour had passed and we called as anyone would in this situation and I was asked if this was for ramadan to which I replied yes it is, the person on the phone stated I had to put in the comments that I want the food before iftar so they can send out deliveries at 8pm. If this was the case, this should clearly be stated on the website or at least operate your business according the time given on your website or have that changed. The food arrived 1 hour 30 mins later after being told its going to take 5 mins when we first called. Only for it to be left next to our rubble bags that were there due to ongoing housework. We questioned both drivers at this point who said due to covid they had to. It wasnt left on the doorstep as advised by covid regulations it was near the rubble bags. The doorstep was completely clear. We were disappointed over and over again and we were provided with the option of "free food" which I find absolutely hilarious and in some cases may work as a means to save your reputation. But we wanted respect and some responsibility to be taken both with your timings and how you deliver food. We have always been a returning customer but after this, we will no longer look to order after being treated this way.

The customer service is horrible. The guy who took the order has no manners what so ever. He shouted at me for asking him to repeat the order. This is disgusting behaviour and I do not appreciate being spoken to like that. The guy who severs at the front needs to go learn some manners before carrying out his job role. This is not how you speak to a long term customer. I am very disappointed by this.

Ordered for first time a variety bucket during lockdown. Got it home to find chicken overcooked dry and hard .It was as though it had been cooked the day before and reheated...will not be going here again and not recommending to friends and family

I love this place they use good quality Chicken compared to alot of othe places, however leaving 2 stars because, for the spicy chicken burgers they have started using barm cake buns and it just doesn't taste as nice. I have mentioned this a few times via the messaging service and was told it will be resolved. Please start using proper buger buns for your chicken burgers as the one currently used are not the correct ones. I will order again in a few days and will change my review once it has been resolved. (Edit - I changed it to 5 stars because the lads are very good, always have a smile and customer service is great and now and then they will throw in some extras or won't charge for certain items and the quality of the food is honestly one of the best for a independent takeaway. However I do still think burger buns are more suited for the spicy fillet burgers as you have said your self you use floured baps which are for buttys e.g. chip butty etc..)

Since new owners the food is disgusting especially the chicken.They've changed the portion sizes an prices have risen. I would not be bothered if this was nice food.Ordered a wing meal it came in southern fried pieces rather than actual wings. Had nothing like this before!The food came cold.

Absolutely Quality food, better than the rest for sure. Great value for money. This is now going to be my regular for chicken, no more KFC. Service is also very good, theres a man called Mo who runs his socks off and provides outstanding service. Will definately recommend and reuse on a regular basis.

I went here last week, i ordered and my food was ready in just 2 minutes or less. The chicken is perfect and the fries are so perfect. The only bad thing i have to say is that you don't have normal salt on fries, eventhough i prefer your peri peri salt. The burger is perfect too and tastes amazing. Prices are perfect and affordable, i was full after eating my meal which was less than £5! I love this place. EXTREMELY underrated

Was recommended to try this place. Ordered a take away. The staff were extremely helpful as it's my 1st time to order. Placed a pretty decent size order. Was done in 20 mins. When I try somewhere 1st I try to order as many different varieties. The burger was delicious. A very decent portion the pizza was on par. The milkshakes were very tasty. O don't usually drink milkshakes but finished mine off.
