Quite simply the worst ever experience I’ve had not just with Zizzi but “eating” in a restaurant! Had a table for 4 people pre-booked arrived in time, ordered drinks, ordered food and then waited for over an hour until we questioned where food order was. Was told would be 4 minutes. Still nothing after 20 minutes so chased again and was told our order hadn’t been passed through to kitchen re-ordered and told would be 10 minutes. Only 3 items eventually turned up with 1 starter. Told waitress to cancel remaining item (pizza) asked to see the manager (for a third time) and told was too busy. Didn’t pay for food or drinks which didn’t make any difference to a shockingly bad experience where the part order of food took 2hrs to serve! The WORST experience ever!

Terrible service, it started off okay. Then the staff were clearly stressed and any time we asked for something which we hardly did. Literally asked for cutlery because they just put the food down on the table an walked away without saying anything. Then they seemed annoyed we asked as if we was inconvenient. We didn't want to ask for anything and felt uncomfortable. I understand restaurants are busy but the attitude was so bad. The starters didn't taste good and they bought us the wrong food. The main was okay. Also there was dirty plates all around us right next to us and we was eating, they just walked past the plates we had for the starter an left them on the table. Even when they put the main on the table they just left the plates. Actually was shocked.

I cannot find one positive thing to say about this restaurant. The service from walking in was terrible, the wait was long, they do not cater for food intolerances and are unwilling to adjust their dishes. When the food did eventually arrive from an extremely limited menu it was inedible. The atmosphere was dull and boring. Best to avoid if you want a nice Italian meal with a lively atmosphere.

Poor service, waited ages for mains which arrived cold and fresh cutlery was never provided and the table wasn't cleared or attended to between courses until we asked them. Food also did not arrive until prompted, showing a clear lack of attention.Overall pretty poor experience and recommend other pizza chains in Piccadilly as this one ain't it chief.

I only leave reviews when something truly does shock me, pleasantly or negatively and unfortunately this will be negative. We arrived just before peak time and the staff seemed lethargic and uninterested already creating a negative impression and atmosphere for the restaurant. It seemed like we had to fight for anything to get done, this includes getting our orders taken to even clearing the table after the starters. When the food did arrive only one of the mains actually seemed even warm with two of us being to hesitant to send them back in fear of having to wait another 40 minutes for the fresh order to arrive. Despite the clearly negative experience we were having the staff didn't seem to care and it appeared they didn't want to help us with our experience unless we asked specifically. Overall not impressed and advise pizza express considering it's just across the road and offers a better experience.

The best meal out I've had for a while. Due to my chemo treatment my appetite hasn't been good but this was so tasty and the tomato and rocket salad was so refreshing, loved it!

My sister and I visited here before a show. She had a voucher from work that she wanted to use that allowed us to order from a set menu. The food was great, apart from the aranchini balls (they seemed a bit greasy). The service was also really good. The only bad thing was we were told at the end that we couldn't give a tip on our cards but we didn't have cash since noone (including them) is accepting cash anymore. We felt a bit bad but we were going to a theatre show and wouldn't have had time to go to a cash machine and come back.Definitely would go back here in the future.

Lovely large venue on piccadilly. Friendly staff and massive pizza.Tried 2 different pizzas and both were lovely. They gave some complimentary snack whiles waiting, I didn't like the flavour of that. The pizza is massive but really stretched so you are prob eating the same quantity of dough as a standard pizza.I have eaten at other zizzi & this was just as nice

1st time to zizzis for my girlfriend's BD. They noted all my requirements and were extremely kind and attentive, especially Laura who even joined in with the BD song. My only disappointment was my gfs dish was spicy even tho Laura did request it not to be but that was the chefs fault. No biggy as I got more food to eat!

Great food, especially the dessert, it was absolutely delicious! The staff was very welcoming and the place felt cosy. Definitely recommend.
