Church Inn in Oldham

Just been here for Sunday afternoon meal it all started well the when down hill fast me and my partner the three course roast beef dinner that was soup that was excellent thinking of the was good then the main meal was going to great too how wrong we were it was beef out of packet and not proper beef the meal was for valentines day as l am working away from home on Monday the place its self is OK and the staff are always perlite and friendly but wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as the food was poor its a shame

Lovely place to visit for decent food in traditional surroundings. Staff very friendly and accommodating even though it was very busy.I had lamb curry, it was very tasty yet very mild. The meat was very lean, no fat to cut away.Plenty parking that's free right outside and also a car park! Prices very reasonable for the quality of the food.Toilets clean, everything felt clean. Definitely recommend a stop off here!

We stopped at the Church Inn part way through our walk. Great pub with a roaring fire. Beer and food excellent.

Friendly and cozy pub serving excellent food. Food is really well priced and the portions are huge. Most ingredients are from local butchers and suppliers and the specials board is full of really nice options. Very highly recommended.

Can't really go wrong with this Pub. Food's always pretty good, reasonably priced, with a good selection of drinks.We've been in here fairly often. It's Child friendly, Dog friendly and in a fairly picturesque location, good for walkers, as well as general pub goers.Staff have always been brilliant, very friendly and try to accommodate your every need as the business goes.We'll definitely keep it as one of our 'go to' places.

Recently called in for lunch with my partner after being recommended by friends. What a terrific place! Lovely atmosphere and just a great traditional pub packed with history. Meals were excellent and great value. Good friendly service and we could take our little dog in too. Would definitely go again and most certainly recommend for a great meal out in lovely surrounds.

First time trying the church inn though I have walked past many times, the building it's self date back to 1215 and brews its own beer which is delicious.The atmosphere is wonderful and cozy and the staff are friendly and welcomingThe food was all delicious and home made with lots of options to choose from on the menu and specials boardsWe will definitely be going back again soonMany thanks

Excellent traditional pub with friendly staff and a good selection of real ales. They serve good quality food. If you're in the area I would highly recommend visiting.
