Always good friendly service with a smile staff always very helpful. Very expensive though prices have gone through the roof

On two occasions the Hot chocolate was made terribly and rushed and the Terry's Chocolate orange flavour one was out of stock. THEY SHOULD SAY sorry we don't have this one it's out of stock, at the time of placing the order. Then I would choose something else. INSTEAD THEY GAVE a plain normal Hot chocolate and said we don't have Terry's chocolate orange in stock at the end.. when giving you the Hot Beveridge. THE MALE Staff member who works here wearing glasses is absolutely 💯 RUDE and needs to Learns some manners NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. THE FEMALE Staff Members are always rushing the drinks so they can have a natter.

The location is great but the staff is very rude towards us, not give full cup of LARGE capuchinu and extra hot, she is refused to give us another cup, she is in hurry to join her boyfriend who is waiting for her at the counter.The name of the lady is RACHAEL, she ruined our breakfast.I meant to spend good time with my wife.

Cheerful and very friendly staff. Great tea and coffee. This Costa maintains a really friendly atmosphere, when you just need a bit of comfort say after visiting the Health Centre. The only thing is you cannot just have a coffee it's got to be a meal deal, a bacon or sausage bap for breakfast or s cake. It's costing me a fortune!

This is my favourite Costa in the area! It is only small, but the staff are so friendly and very efficient. There are also a couple of tables outside, which are covered, so there is no getting soaked if, like me, you prefer being outside whenever possible.

I usually love Costa; great food, great coffee, great service.If it weren’t for the smiles of the staff when I was at the counter being served, this would be zero stars.I ordered toast and the knife to spread the butter was dirty. The toast was also a bit underdone around the edges, the crust tasted like bread, not toast.I also ordered a coffee and it tasted a bit cold. I think it was because the staff left it for a few minutes before delivering because they were too busy socialising.Won’t be coming back to this particular Costa, I will choose the alternative a few minutes down the road! Shame, because the actual store is very nice.
