Grilicious in Oldham

Tried the special kebab last week and can honestly say it was amazing, definitely will order from here again Had the Grillicious special kebab last night and it was huge and of great quality 28/04

Amazing Food and Service!I ordered for the first time, the man on the phone was very patient with my stammering annoying myself, i had the garlic butter rice box and also a 14inch meat feast pizza which is to die for! The takeaway kindly gave me a bottle of Pepsi and a cheesecake on the house which really brought a smile to my face when it was delivered! Not only the staff inside but the delivery driver was very nice and kind and talkative. Will always order from here, every penny spent here was worth it.

Ordered Keema nachos, special mix kebab and peri chips, the keema nachos came all messed up and was fully burnt!!! Also missing toppings in the nachos, it didn’t even taste good I can make better nachos at home! Kebab mix was disgusting, they call it a stir fry but it just looked like it was dipped in oil and peri sauce tastes disgusting 🤢🤢 DO NOT RECOMMEND 🤮🤮

I ordered some food from this place I ordered a pizza which arrived after an hour cold. cheese on one side. Half of the pizza burnt very dissapointed. I called to say I was dissatisfied the guy that spoke to me was very rude he advised me if I touched the old pizza he wouldn't make me a new one despite me saying I have kids in the house they need to eat and go bed. They agreed to make me another which came 1hour later cold with missing toppings. I also ordered a chips so I kindly asked will they make me another chips with the second order they were going to.make for me the guy simply said no to me and said if you have a fryer just re cook them he was very rude not proffesional and with no management skills. So an hour later cold pizza missing toppings old chips that went staly waiting for the second pizza. Very dissatisfied it the first time and last time. DO NOT RECOMMEND ESTABLISH FULL OF DISSAPOINTMENT. EVEN THE DRIVER AGREED THAT IT WAS OUT OF ORDER!!!!!!

Ordered from here as the reviews were good amd wanted to try something different.food took to long to arrive, pizza was cold as were the chips, and only had part cheese on pizza which I will upload an image of the pizza that was below average and burnt they did not provide extra cheese like I asked and paid extra for. The first person that was talked to at the takeaway was rude and had bad customer service. I gave the pizza back and received a new one after another hour but they did not provide chips and was advised to re-fry them at home. PLEASE AVOID! as if you want fresh food and delivery on time this is not the place.

I would leave zero stars if i could, the food is mediocre for the price and to make it worse it's not even close to authentic. When i called up to express that i was disappointed with the food quality and taste the owner was rude and defensive about it. I understand it may have been a busy evening, i get it, but a apology would have been sufficient instead of the gruff and rude response i received as if it was my fault the food was disappointing. Worst service i have experienced. Go anywhere else! Visit here if you want attitude :) clearly the owner doesn't appreciate honesty and confrontation 🤔

ordered a delivery yesterday food came a bit late,but that was fine however the burgers was not cut in half as i requested and the burgers had no sauce or salad- called takeaway to see if i can return the 4 burger meals -as they were un touched -staff declined and told me to use sauce and salad from home- bad customer service. will not be coming here again!

Order from here regularly, normally it's ok (not brilliant, but OK). Recently had one order take well over two hours as "the slip didn't print out", they didn't even start cooking it until over an hour and a half after it should have been delivered, and only then because we rang, then tonight ordered peri peri chicken breast. Came and it's a chicken quarter not a breast, complete with burnt bits, bones and lots of gristle and swimming in grease. They insisted on coming out to look at it then said that's what it was supposed to be and it was fine! No description on their website but somehow I'm supposed to know that they can't tell the difference between a quarter chicken and a chicken breast. By that time it was cold as well, so a complete waste of time and money and now I've no tea as the cold chips and congealed greasy gristly chicken went, deservedly, straight in the bin. Has been getting worse for a while, more and more mistakes, and they're not willing to sort them out. Order from somewhere else, I will!

Got food from here and was disgusted as chips were really oily and zinger burger was chewy. Complained to staff but all they said was next time we give you nice food - how does that help anyone. Food was tossed in the bin.
