Istanblue in Oldham

First time going here and it was absolutely delicious, staff was very polite and friendly, the food was amazing, yes it's not a budget menu but worth paying, will be going back for definite. Also the cocktail bar upstairs is great too.

I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal on Sunday evening. It was exceptional in every way and added so much to our enjoyment of what was a double birthday celebration.Please pass on my special thanks to all concerned.We will certainly be coming again and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends

After hearing that they had won an award for the best kebab I was excited to go an try it for myself. The kebab I ordered was certainly not award winning. The meat was very chewy and I was very disappointed. Definitely won’t be returning.

The staff were amazing and restaurant was well presented! Great service and Having heard of the place being awarded for having the best kebab, I was eager to try it. We ordered the VIP mixed grill for 2 for £55 and there was a couple of items which was decent but honestly mostly tasted the same and wasn’t impressed overall! Felt disappointed to have travelled 22 miles and being let down by the kebab! The people did give us complimentary hummus and bread along with dates to open our fast which was a great touch but unfortunately was disappointed with the food

HiI attended Istanblue Royton for works christmas meal.The atmosphere and decoration was nice , it was very busy .Istanblue has a range of dishes all very expensive, so you expect top quality.I ordered a steak as pictured , you get fries/chips and veg .The streak was very tough and towards my end couple of bites it felt abit yucky in my mouth so I left it .One of the girls ordered the same streak as me and hers was literally half the size of mineBut it was the same price?.The veg was just half a chopped tomatoe and half an onion, with a massive chilli.I didnt eat any of if .The chips were nice .I also got a coke, and the best thing of the night was the strawberry moktail.Overall some of the other girls I worked with really enjoyed their food.After we finished eating , some man kept comming over to the table hinting at us to get up .Some of the girls got very annoyed, at one point he said ' finish drinks at the bar".ye understandable the resturant was busy and they might have needed the table .But hey av just spend £200 not including the money spend in the cocktail bar.So if I have finished me meal and not yet paid yet , I can sit and relax and not be rushed out .I think next time instead of hints staff should just say "Would you like the bill".Instead of constantly coming over makin people feel uneased.Should you go??Well if you want something differant then you should give it again.It's a nice little restaurant and always busy.Some of the waiters are really nice and helpful .But would I go probably not .I don't think Turkish food is for me, and the menu is so confusing you look at it but you dont really see it .

Amazing ambience and amazing service. Absolutely loved the food!I ordered suckuk and this pastry with cheese (Sorry can't remember the name) those were the starters absolutely delicious.For the mains we ordered lamb chop and chicken skewers (again can't remember the name)Honestly delighted with the service ..amazing food and great atmosphere 5 stars from me!

Nice, clean and welcoming little restaurant in Royton. Service was good and the food came out in good time. I wouldn't say it's the absolute best curry I've ever had but it was a good one. Friend said pretty much the same. I'd go back for sure

Very good Turkish food and friendly staff. The VIP platter is very good, especially if it's your first time trying Turkish food. I personally would of preferred the meet more juicy and not dry (flavour was still good). I will definitely be coming back to try more of the traditional dishes. Alot of pluses and a real gem of a place outside the commercial parts of Greater Manchester. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

1st time visiting but wont be the last. The food was delicious! The menu all sounded good so we chose the mixed grill sharing platter to try a bit of everything. They are huge! And each piece of meat was superbly cooked and full of flavour. Will definitely be returning.

Decent place the staff are really friendly. All the food is halal. But the venue does serve alcohol so if you're not into that you might not like it. We went on a Friday night and it was very noisy in there could barely hear each other talk. The food was delicious though, reflected in the high prices. A nice place
