K F C in Oldham

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered hot wings, chips and gravy and it was all trash. The hot wings might as well be called “Salt wings” nothing about the taste was hot and spicy.The chips were not fully cooked. They were hard in the middle.The gravy lacked flavour.I don’t know if KFC has changed its ingredients due to rising costs, but it’s a big no for me.The only thing nice was the staff who were friendly and bubbly.

I've only been here a few times and it's sometimes dirty and sometimes clean, it's alright I guess.

Burnt, oily, flavour, like no other KFC. Used to be a good branch popping in on the way back from work but the last 3 to 4 times I have been the chicken seasoning has been so dark on burgers and the fried chicken. They are either not cleaning the oil or its on too high. Made me feel sick the last time. So won't be going back.

Not sure if it was cause it was late, but to be honest didn't live up to KFC I,ve been used to

Was not the best kfc I have had the chicken was just warm and the chips were the same and as for the toilets not good the staff were not that good as well

Standard KFC Seem's to be understaffed, so tables do not seem to be cleaned often Not much seating area unfortunatley

Second time in this place and was disappointed to note it's very unkempt. Staff stay behind the counter and rarely come out to clean tables and tidy up dinning area.Place was very filthy.

NEED MORE STAFF. Walked into the restaurant and tables were dirty the condiment station was empty the queue was out the door. You could tell that it needed more staff. The manager needs to do more than just hang back we could see them popping their head around the corner every 2 minutes but wouldn't lend a hand. It took around 17 minutes from the time I placed my order to actually getting it. So disappointed by this store

I have ordered 5 WOW Boxes, everything was correct but they missed out 1 burger, When I came back it was already closing time. I am coming tommorow for the burger and my order number was 1165.

As you can expect from a KFC - nice food. However on my visit, it was very unclean. Rubbish on the floor etc. Seating is a premium here. It is a small branch. It can get busy. Be prepared to queue and fight for a seat.
