KFC in Oldham

Quick service on my lunch (half) hour. But why don't they still do the snack boxes?

Really friendly staff on at time of visit and very fresh food

Would give it no stars if i could KFC in general has gone way down hill this branch though is absolutely disgusting. Bins full rubbish and food on floors and tables service and food quality abysmal. Never ever going in here again i won't order on any food app from here or call in branch. To be honest probably never visit or use KFC ever again miles better independent and franchise chicken eateries about in most areas. Disappointing.

Very poor service and food. Its not at all like your usual KFC. They close early some days out of the blue so not even reliable. I wouldn't turn up less than an hour before closing as I've been there at 7.30pm and its been shut! Very poor!!

Customer service needs to improve. I saw plenty of staff but no one came to serve me. One staff member came to serve the delivery guy (who came after me) and then went away. After waiting 5 minutes, I decided to leave. It was so embarassing.

Worst KFC in Manchester. The food came cold, undercooked, greasy, the self checkouts are broken and the food taste like a re-heated microwave meal. Hugely disappointing. No staff wore gloves when handling food, the toilets and floor was messy. Wouldn't recommend eating here. Only thing I can give credit to was the manager with his excellent customer service. I would avoid eating here!

Worst kfc in greater manchester. Everytime we order whether its just eat or uber eats they can never get the full order right. I think the staff have combine IQ of 1,seriously how hard is it to get an order right when it's infront of you what the person has order you absolute simpletons

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered hot wings, chips and gravy and it was all trash. The hot wings might as well be called “Salt wings” nothing about the taste was hot and spicy.The chips were not fully cooked. They were hard in the middle.The gravy lacked flavour.I don’t know if KFC has changed its ingredients due to rising costs, but it’s a big no for me.The only thing nice was the staff who were friendly and bubbly.

Burnt, oily, flavour, like no other KFC. Used to be a good branch popping in on the way back from work but the last 3 to 4 times I have been the chicken seasoning has been so dark on burgers and the fried chicken. They are either not cleaning the oil or its on too high. Made me feel sick the last time. So won't be going back.

As you can expect from a KFC - nice food. However on my visit, it was very unclean. Rubbish on the floor etc. Seating is a premium here. It is a small branch. It can get busy. Be prepared to queue and fight for a seat.
