Got our order wrong.Kiosk machines broke down.No air con.Really too hot to eat inside.

The customer service i received when here for my tea was amazing i was served by carson and honestly can not praise her enough. So welcoming and polite. Kfc this staff member deserves to be noticed 💯👌

Worst customer service ever, for a KFC brand. I bought through the drive through this afternoon, they didn't have my order ready at the pickup window, they asked me to wait in the parking area, that someone will bring my order to the car, I waited an extra 10 minutes, then went inside to collect my own order, just to find out they didn't pack my complete order 😡😡😡

Just paid £14 for two box banquets to take away and can honestly say that it was disgusting, if I was eating inside I would have thrown it back at them. The chips were bitty and seemed like the previous nights left overs that were reheated, the boneless chicken was so very salty and was inedible, the drinks were watered down on a plus side the beans were warm.

Tried to go to GG's next to the KFC but it was closed and even after numerous bad experiences at this kfc before I thought I would give it another go. We went round the drive through and paid in cash. After receiving the food we drove away and a member of staff ran over and accused us of not paying, then said the payment didn't go through. We paid in cash. After they agreed and had me driving back around to the shop infront off people looking like I'd done something wrong! we had already paid they had got the order wrong and charged us for another zinger meal we didn't order. Never again will I go bk hear every time something wrong do everyone a favour and shut the place down!

I had a migraine so decided to order tea online.Driver never told me I had already paid by PayPal (only just realised this morning when I checked my emails), he took £11 off me (order was £10,27, rest was tip). 😡😡😡 very dishonest 😡😡😡 I won’t be ordering from here again! As always i do not get paid for these contributions, although i wouldnt refuse it. Ok KFC..where can you go wrong unless your a vegan?. My love of (kentucky fried chicken) goes back a long way, but i wont let that influence an honest review. The branch we recently visited as we passed through was along Huddersfield rd near Oldham town centre. Good friendly staff, the place seems to be kept clean and tidy. At this branch (sounds like a bank) you have the choice of eating in, popping round for a takeaway, or even picking up a drive through meal. There's an ample parking area plus home delivery is available. The only slight negative from my experience was to check your order before you leave. These guys work so fast preparing orders that occasionally you may find your sachet of sauses or whatever little extras you like may have been fogotten.. its really tasty food "trust me"..

Ordered literally 30 minutes ago (Tuesday 22nd February 9:30pm whilst instore). Every single time I order from here my order is short. Order: 9096. I simply asked for a standard order with an extra of buttermilk sauce. No buttermilk sauce is in the box. I've let short orders go on the previous two occasions but have had enough now. The guy that served me called the wrong order number out (this should have been a bad sign to start off with). I'll be going elsewhere in future. Please sort your staff out. I've given you the a free pass on the previous two occasions but this is beyond embarrasing now.

Took a long time in the drive through... Most menu items out of stock. They even have a printed list of things they don't have too.Stinks of bad management. Food is average
