McDonald's - Chadderton Broadway in Oldham

Shambles, I called in on Tuesday to use WiFi & do some work, ordered a Large Coffee, 30 mins later, I'm still sat there with no coffee, all they are interested in is the deliveries. One lad ordered a breakfast roll, no bacon, extra sausage, extra cheese, the 5th time of them getting it wrong, (they kept putting bacon on), he gave up & asked for his money back, the manager kept tutting & rolling her eyes at this request, he certainly had more patience than me, as she'd been wearing it.

Better then some of the other outlets only issue they never put enough salt on the fries other then that good service

Ordered a delivery from just eat from this macdonald after 1 hour website still updating stating no driver assigned. At midnight the same, order been paid for no cancellation of order and no update and worst of all no delivery, shocking customer service. Let's hope my money is returned in good time as we have waited for absolutely nothing. If we had been told they couldn't fulfill the order we could of ordered else where. Not happy at all

I don't know whether my expectations of a McDonald's are too high, but this didn't meet any great standards at all.Touch screen ordering wasn't working and the slew of taxi drivers waiting to do the Mc Delivery runs is not a good look.They then got my oder wrong - twice. Thank god it was eat in otherwise I would have been very disappointed with the experience.I don't expect a Michelin star, but I do expect more than this. Come on golden arches Chadderton, you can do better!!!!!

Staff couldn't care less about getting orders out, all the managers just stand around looking clueless. Food is always cold and you end up waiting about 30 minutes in stores for your order.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited more than 20mins for food they was more interested in the delivery drivers..the people on the next table behind us and in front was all sick of waiting. They forgot syrup and knives and forks for pancakes..member of staff was constantly pestering customers . Toilet bin needed emptying.this place needs new management..I complained to a member of staff he offered me a free coffee on my next visit..there won't be a next visit.

Always the same story when I go in here, over-run with delivery orders which is fine if they had a system to serve actual customers at the same time. I went here today and waited 15 minutes for a mcmuffin n hash brown. The guy infront of me got his at the same time... A white coffee ONLY! Staff give you food, no sorry for the wait no nothing. Not very customer focused atall. Will use again as its by my work but I dread going in there.

45 minutes to get a half warm order!!!! Absolute joke!! Loads of staff on, takes nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive thru, then to be told to wait in the car park for a COUPLE of minutes for the order to be brought, for me then to have to walk to the drive thru window when I'd waited another 20 minutes - by this point there was absolutely no one waiting at the drive thru and barely anyone in the car park! At this point the woman walking (very slowly) to all the cars, dumps it on my drivers seat and when I asked what the delay was she snapped at me "well I don't know!" Absolute shambles- god forbid what it's like when it's really busy!!

Seems to me that they substituted a vegetarian or vegan burger as apposed to the meat version. They then over compensated by using excessive sauce. a shame as you expect the same experience at every McDonald s restaurant.

Absolute shambles! 2hrs for delivery, no one answering phone , food had been sat for a hour 14:49 on ticket arrived almost 16:00 ordered at 13:50.Food was cold and squashed , fries half full drinks had fell through the bag ?.
