McDonald's in Oldham

Food was cold and fries were rubbery. I had Italian crispy chicken stack but it was barely warm. Not nice at allSat upstairs in the window and watched flies tuck into the remains of a meal left near us. Floor needed a sweep and pouring the drinks in the recycle area at the top of the stairs is just asking for trouble. There was a wet patch on the stop step and I nearly slipped. Needs sorting ASAP.

Not too bad, the machines took my order but didn't give me my receipts, it was fine, as still got by double expressos and big mc meal, meal was fine and hot fries are the best.

Beautiful place was £8 to get in and £21 to go in the farm but they probably need it to maintain this vast Park a lot to see and do

Absolutely vile disgusting! McDonald’s High St Oldham unhygienic place to eat or order from.Hair on fries 🤢, food arrived cold, these careless unhygienic staff should be thrown out…

Went here for the first time with family, the double big Mac and chips was nice but only just had a bit of warmth to it.Large toffee latte was half latte half cream, not impressed as I love the toffee latte.

Upstairs machine didn't print a receipt so we didn't know our order number. Caramel frappe not available although machine allowed us to order it. I was kindly refunded the cost of missing drink though.

It was extremely busy, Short Staffed, Lots of queuing & the only seating area left, Was upstairs, No Lift, 3 flights of Stairs 2 climb, I suffer with my disability & My 90 year old Mum was with me, The Tables, Seats & floor, Was very dirty & hadn't/Wasn't Cleaned, During the hour we were there. Not a enjoyable visit for our Lunch/Tea.

I don't understand how they cannot follow instructions. 2nd time doing uber eats and they totally mess it up. They didn't send fries with the 5 meals we ordered. They didn't send the milk with a happy meal. And the plain burgers were not plain everything on it. Having to argue it out with uber eats with photo evidence because mcdonalds say its not their issue. The amount of money mcdonalds lose because of incompetence must be astronomical. Seriously need to sort themselves out.

The accessible seating is practically in the disabled toilet, both of which are too small. The baby changing facility located in the disabled toilet is treacherous at best and the toilet itself was dirty/poorly monitored! Gross!

Nice place their should be a elevator for baby's and wheelchair access that's the only downside other than that the customer service is spot on fast and lovely food.
