Morrisons Cafe in Oldham

Staff are friendly but food gone down hill, dirty cups and chips are soggy , no sauces only sachets when asked, no sausages came with breakfast, I think it’s over priced for what it was , I thought the smaller cafes are better than this.

Morrisons chadderton every time you go in it’s an hours wait unfriendly staff they through the food at you when it’s finally ready so don’t bother going in there now

Cafe is a joke. This is the 3rd time in a row now I've gone for a full English, paid extra for the so called ultimate breakfast because I wanted black pudding and then its turned up without any. Its not like they give you a refund or an extra item to make up for it either. How a supermarket runs out of anything is beyond me. Can't they just go an grab some off the shelf? Not coming back again. Staff don't seem to care either and if an item is missing tell me BEFORE I order it!

Turned up fot breakfast.. ordered then after got told tje coffe machines were down so had to make my own instant coffe, after sitting for 20 minuits waiting for my food i asked how long it would be..i got told oh it willbe at least half han hoir for breakfast... why didnt the wiman inform me of this when i placed my order..i had to cancel as i had to return to work.. the cafe at morrisons chadxerton has really gone down hill.. it used to be a good place to eat.

Really disappointed, black pudding hard, dry and flavourless . Hash browns over done and dripping with grease. Fried eggs a look yesterdays leftovers and the bacon was cold. The staff were lovely (once you'd managed to get their attention).EAT out to HELP out, I'd rather STAY in and get THIN than try and eat that again.

No organisation at all. Missing items from the menu. Let you pay then announce half your order won't be able to be served. Front staff don't know what's going on in the kitchen and even one confirmed they haven't a clue what's going on. If mess up I can understand, if it's a one off. But to mess up two weeks in a row is very bad service. Definitely not recommend.

Good portion friendly proffesional staff£ discounted next week

1st time I come few weeks ago the food was not 100% but today the food has been excellent and the staff have been so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble x

Visit here on average every 2 months and had good experiences generally, but each time it's been getting worse, I visited yesterday and it was so bad that I'm changing my 4 star review to a 2 star. Staff member on the till was rude, she was unwelcoming and she was paying more attention to other staff around her than what she was putting into the till and this messed up my order. Many of the tables were uncleaned, limiting the choice of where we could sit. The main issue though was food that came out was drenched in oil, the hash browns had their own puddles of oil around them leaking into everything else, the eggs had puddles of oil on top of them and the mushrooms too were just soaked in oil. I cleaned alot of the oil out with tissues but even then it was just gross.

Dreadful food dreadful service and expensive prices.Bought a chicken burger and when I got it it was hard and undercooked in the middle so I sent it back to the kitchen, when I got my replacement it had been deep fried that much that oil was dripping onto my plate also the whole thing smelled of dirty cooking oil.When I went to get a coffee out of the two machines only one was working and that had no milk resulting in another wait while they refilled it.The cutlery also was barely clean with stains on it from the dishwasher.I will not be eating here again and would advise anyone else not to as well.
