Petal Bloom Tea Room in Oldham

Terrible customer service ….. my mum went in to order some flowers for a specific vase to present to my sister for her birthday, she made an appointment to return with vase to make sure they where cut to size and was plentiful. Upon arrival, an older lady was there who constantly looked at her like She had 2 heads and hardly spoke to words, …. Handed my mum the flowers with just string wrapped around them. ( personally I would have said stick em) but mum being nice, paid over and above for what was given to her, being very disappointed, she then went to Morrisons to purchase additional flower to add to the monstrosity that was given at the so called florist….It was word of mouth that brought my mum to this shop….. never again !!!additional responsePerhaps it could have been discussed with my mum, if you had been there as agreed the day before at 4pm , if you knew you want going to be there you could have called her, she felt obliged due to the lady who did serve her not knowing what the hell was going on …..

The staff are lovely.Lovely flower arrangements and not too pricey!Love the wax melts from here. Especially Daisy.

Called in for a bite to eat. Great service food was great and the Victoria cake 🍰 was to die for. Plus it was after 12 noon so I had a lovely glass of white wine. Happy days well worth a visit

Terrible service. Thought I had a local neighborhood florist to go to for flowers. Received the worst service since moving to Oldham. The woman working was very rude when assisting me (literally yelled at me through an open door as if she were scolding a child). Safe to say I will not be coming back. You lost a well paying customer.The owner has now lied and said there is no door. Therefore further showcasing how terrible the customer service is. No apology or anything.Take this as a learning experience. Do better.

I purchased some absolutely beautiful flowers for my wife's 40th birthday, And was really pleased with the service I received. I will definitely be using Petal Bloom again.

The girls at Petal Bloom designed and supplied our wedding flowers. We were absolutely over the moon with the results when we saw them on the day.We didn't want a "flowery" wedding we wanted just enough for the bridal party and the rest to be rustic with greenery. The girls understood my vision and got it just right!My bouquet was huge, messy and dark ... the exact words I used to explain what I wanted. But it was so elegant and even had streams of burgendy ribbon running from in for that little something extra. I couldn't have asked for more!The boys button holes were perfect ... not too much but went perfectly with the rest of the wedding.The girls were easy, had so many ideas, professional, talented ... I could use all the positive adjectives in the world!!We will be booking for another afternoon tea very soon ... as that is also SPOT ON! If you want somewhere nice for a spot of lunch. Not To bad, interior is lovely and wax melts are gorgeous. Disappointing when u get a really nice tea set and all patterns then a boring tea pot.

Brilliant little shop full of wonderful wax melts the scents are just amazing. Also whilst you browse amongst the classy burners check out the flowers, simply amazing. To top it all have a hand made coffee/tea with a scrummy cake.
