Pizza Hut in Oldham

This restaurant used to be so friendly. Most of the staff still are and the food is good. However duty manager absolutely rude today. My friend and I had our kids with us and yes they had a moment where they needed to be calmed down but there was no need to speak to us the way she did. We were paying customers after all.

Had the lunch pizza buffet. You get shown to a table and get told to download the app and order from there. Table had no cutlery so I got some from another table. There were only 3 pizzas to choose from at any given time as they were so slow bringing them out. and they were just about warm.. doubtful I'll go again.

Great value, really tasty. All staff very friendly, polite and helpful.

One of the few places still not taking cash. No such thing as starters, only 'sides.' This means that everything arrives at once. Chicken wings with pizza? No thanks. Feels like everything is for the benefit of the restaurant and not the customers.

Ordered 3 pizza's & only 2 were delivered which is pretty hard to miss really, ignored our phone calls until after closing time knowing that it'd be easier to ignore us & that itd be easier for deliveroo to credit us rather than having to rectify their mistake. Went to bed hungry & disappointed

Terrible place, never again! Greeted by staff that can't be bothered and place felt dirty. Went with a few friend and as paying separately had to order separately via the app which was not straight forward so food was delivered randomly. Staff were willing to lean all over us to deliver the food so why can't they stand there and take the order !? Dessert was delivered and placed on top of the pizza plates and we watched 2 staff cleaning 1 table and not bother moving our mains. Salad bar and drinks were help yourself so everyone touched the serving spoons and juice bottles, not hygienic at all and unless you perhaps get meal deals then the whole thing is expensive.

Always love calling here for a quick cheeky bite and a catch up with my daughter. Foods always fresh, tasty and plenty. Management and staff are polite, courteous, chatty and impeccable with ensuring that you are happy with your order x

Pizza hut deep pan Margherita are one of the best. Buffet is really good value.

Staff went above and beyond to help me navigate the ordering app, I couldn't do it with two children at each others throat. They checked in with us regularly and the food was lovely
