Pizza Hut in Oldham

Speed of response; welcome; politeness; because of mobility issues they carried my order to my car without me needing to ask.

I love Pizza Hut so much. Salad bar, pizza, dessert, and such reasonable prices. Everything is great. Never too busy and mainly self serve but enjoyed my time there.

The pizza didn’t look very appetizing. I got the BBQ Americano. The tomato sauce looked like strawberry jam, the bbq sauce looked like ketchup. And when I was trying to get a slice, the pizza wasn't cut through all the way, so I had to cut it myself. When I was trying to cut through it, the pizza crust was very tough and hard. It didn't taste like pizza crust. I got fries too. They were room temperature when I got them. They hardly had any flavor. The salad bar was very good and so were the drinks. The place was very nice and clean though.

Epic, went it as the opened. Was met by a friendly face and they even asked what pizza we wanted as they would send out stuff we preferred. Really good experience

Disgusting food. Overpriced. Buffet is a joke. Waited 40 mins for buffets platter to be filled & that was one pizza at a time too. When complained, the staff told us non buffet customers had to be prioritised. Doesn’t help when you have paid the same price or more as Sunday buffet is 17.99 itself. Avoid like a plague.

Absolutely great deals during the fay with their buffet lunches. Fantastic idea and we will be coming back more often. More places should offer a buffet selection as its a great way of getting out without the usual high cost to these places.

Friendly staff and clean, we had the buffet which was nice bit I think labels showing what eat is would be useful. I found the pizza at best warm I guess lesson learned is don't have buffet and order a pizza 🙂

This restaurant used to be so friendly. Most of the staff still are and the food is good. However duty manager absolutely rude today. My friend and I had our kids with us and yes they had a moment where they needed to be calmed down but there was no need to speak to us the way she did. We were paying customers after all.

Had the lunch pizza buffet. You get shown to a table and get told to download the app and order from there. Table had no cutlery so I got some from another table. There were only 3 pizzas to choose from at any given time as they were so slow bringing them out. and they were just about warm.. doubtful I'll go again.
