Sweet Palace in Oldham

Its my go to place for when I am not in a mood to cook. They have very reasonable prices. A decent 9" pizza for just 1gbp. Do give it a try yoi won't regret. The temperature inside is hot because of the kitchen.

They are rude i ordered a curry food dog food meat in it was sick morning after from rotten chicken very dirty inside shop have reported them as had to go in shop to see what standards where like its not clean thought I rat might fly put at me i promise you anyone stay away from this rotten place the food gone off they can't cook proper its really bad

Ordered their 2-4-1 pizza deal from their own website. They arrived and only brought one pizza, saying that that one wasn't in the deal and their menu says that at the bottom. Their website does not say that anywhere (there is no pdf menu on there, just the food list within the ordering process, which did say '2-4-1 deal' on both the pizzas we ordered). The one pizza they did bring, they had got wrong and not added the extra topping. It didn't taste that great either, was okay. When we rang to complain and request a refund, they told us to speak to their external website designer, and would not give any refund. Shocking customer service, they're clearly not bothered about keeping customers. There are enough other cheap and nasty pizza places around so no need to bother risking using this place.

Wanted some kebabs and they refused my order because they need the whole weeks order worth of kebabs in a wedding/venue to cater which I was disappointed of. But I ordered a lamb curry with chapati which was good but the keema curry was like powder and was extremely dry with no flavour and was bland. Also my order in the shop would take 15 minutes and I waited with no answer and they served people ahead of me when their was curry sitting in the tray ready to be cooked. It took when 45 minutes to serve me whilst other customers had bigger orders and were given their meals/takeouts before me. I am extremely disappointed.

Ordered their BOGOF pizza deal from their website, they only brought one pizza.When asked where the other one was, I was told that particular one type of pizza isn't included in the deal, even though the website clearly says it is.When speaking the the restaurant, they fobbed me off and told me to speak to the external company (Yoyo) that deals with their online orders.Other items on the order were also wrong, the food that arrived was OK but not happy with the way they handled the situation and won't be using them again.

Food is very very nice from here especially the pizzas. However I've not give the 5 starts for 2 reasons. 1, My drinks order was wrong for the 3rd time and 2, the delivery driver this time round was extremely rude. I got the money I owe wrong by 50p and offered to go grab it which would take me not even 5 seconds and the driver was extremely rude about it. Foods great, delivery driver not so much.

Very dissapointed with the food. The donner was hard to chew and look very dry was not nice asked for salad and sauce it was not given on it.
