The Millgate in Oldham

Absolutely fantastic food, great service and a lovely setting. The millgate is being renovated at the moment but still open for business.

Throughly enjoyed eating at the Millgate Pub, the food was perfect. The atmosphere was great. Must say the staff were very attentive but the chef Alex was excellent.... superb sunday carvery. Can't wait untill l pass this way again. Thank you all.

Looks a good family pub. only had chips though so can rt really comment on the food .the service was very good and the staff were friendly. Nice big place, good play area.

Excellent Sunday Roast, I had the meatless option. Very good value for money. Nice environment. Would go again.

Called into the Millgate with friends and family after a funeral , and what a fabulous place it is! An excellent selection of beers, lagers and cider, great friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Didn't have a meal, but from what I saw of food being served and some of the comments from people who gave dined there, we will most definitely be returning to sample the cuisine! From that visit I would certainly recommend this venue.

Was there for a birthday party 🎈. The building is fine but the beer not so great. It's not a place I would normally chose for a night out, but the party was good and the room is pretty.

Was good. Beer is good staff member was nice. Ordered some chips and the difference was not what I was expecting. That's the reason for the lesser star. Chip game needs an upgrade 🔥

We came here for my mum's birthday on 3rd August and had a lovely visit. The staff were really welcoming, especially Lewis who served us behind the bar and Grace, our waitress, who couldn't do any more to help. We ordered a meal (I had the prawn and chorizo linguini) and was highly impressed! Lovely food and staff - would highly recommend!

Brilliant service and food! Our server Leoni was lovely, I saw 4 members of staff during our visit and they all looked genuinely happy to be there. Great atmosphere and tasty food at reasonable prices. There's a play area in the back for the kids and a nice spacious beer garden. Will be returning.
