Was there on Sunday and had the Sunday roast it wasn't the best I've had but then it wasn't the worst . The pub its self was nice, comfortable, and welcoming

Booking at 6 pm as going upstairs after to the comedy club. After waiting for 1 HR 45 mins we had to go elsewhere for food. Disgraceful.

Food was ok nothing special. Our waitress was lovely. Guy behind the bar was miserable lacked customer service skills. Probably won't go again.

Fantastic big victorian esk pub in Greenfield. Brilliant upstairs venue, hired for a friend's 60th birthday. Very accommodating staff, friendly and welcoming. Good selection of JW Lees beer/ale.

Relaxed atmosphere .Menu quite simple but adequate .Didn't have to book but the pub is quite large and I doubt seating would ever be an issue .I had the vegetarian option which was a no chicken sizzler and would recommend. Iam not vegetarian but thoroughly enjoyed it .Would definitely return .

I really like this place. Friendly, good food, good beer, good prices. In the summer it's fantastic with the play area out back - the kids absolutely love it. In the winter it's super cosy with the fires on. Just a nice place to be.

Carvery was excellent we had some photos taken at the start of the meal & I let my food go cool my falt.Deserts were Excellent. Will go again but not with same date.

Went Friday evening with a few friends all I can say is we had a lovely time the food was absolutely gorgeous very good service we will definitely be going again great atmosphere even though the Elton John night couldn’t go ahead Trish the landlady did her best for entertainment and it turned into a karaoke night absolutely fantastic

What a little gem. Lovely pub Had the lovely cheese pie would definitely recommend. This pub has some beautiful views from the front . Big car park. Children's play area
