Toby Carvery in Oldham

Booked a table for a short time later, seated immediately on arrival.Service was prompt and our waitress Ellesse was very helpful, polite and really friendly.Food was really nice!Chatted with the carver Mark, felt really at home.Recommend the Toby carvery Chadderton to anyone.

Booked online, very short wait to be seated. Staff polite but some staff visibly eating from plates at bar with hands. Bit off putting. Quick to be served and not much of a wait for the carvery. Food was good. Staff friendly. Very much in need of update in decor. Some walls looked in need of a clean never mind a paint.3 out of 5

It's always good. I like the fact we can choose how much we or little we want. I only me have a small appetite whereas my husband has a large appetite!! The food is always beautiful and reasonably priced. We've never had any complaints when we have been here with our family and friends. Staff are always polite, respectful and efficient.Thank you

Brilliant service, our waitress Ellesse was outstanding all the way throughout our stay at your establishment! Made sure we were happy and made us walk away with smiles on our faces! Would love to have her as our waitress next time we visit. Definitely an asset to your team. Beautiful food, couldn't fault it one bit our carver was a young lad, believe his name was Vinny, carved the meat perfectly.

Stacey was our server today, excellent service, very attentive but not in your face. Great service all round, very chilled, pleasant atmosphere and food great as always. Only criticism, plates too hot yo hold for long and custard on dessert could have been warmer. Will definitely be back. Thankyou.

The food and service is second to none here, always busy which is another good sign. Sorry no pics to busy eating. My only moan is the tea. It came in a pot with no lid on and off my mum were still on earth she would've used the quote " it's like flipping dish water" but everything thing else is spot on!!

Just returned from a lunch business meeting at this carvery.What can I say?.............. well, a lot to be fair!It is easily THE best Toby branch I have been to.The staff are excellent, and really understand the meaning of 'customer service'.The food is top quality, and, unlike quite a few of the other branches I have been to, one of the chefs was constantly in and out of the kitchen replenishing the hot plates of veg and neat when needed.The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the staff were vigilant when customers left to get the tables sprayed and wiped down (and any dropped food picked up) as quick as possible, but as thoroughly as possible too, one Toby I went to, they just gave a quick wipe over and that was it, almost so quickly the cloth didn't have time to make contact with the table, this branch however, were very thorough.EXCELLENT food, incredible value for money and a really nice atmosphere, oh and really nice staff tooHIGHLY recommend this branch of Toby

My son and his fiance have been quite a few times and they love it. Me and my husband came New Years Day with my son and family. We absolutely loved it and said we would definitely come again. Also we would recommend you with no hesitation. The food was lovely, the staff was friendly helpful and polite. The girl we had was so patient the kids couldn't make their mind up what afters they wanted. She was lovely she was telling them what you had. She wasn't rushing them or huffing and puffing. She was so patient with them. If all your staff are as nice as her you have got one hell of a set of staff. Even the guy that was cutting and giving you the meat he was lovely and polite too. I CANNOT FAULT YOU AT ALL. Thankyou very much for a 1st time experience. Thankyou. Xx

I had the carvery. It was excellent. Food piping hot, massive selection. The staff were polite and helpful. Table service, ask the waitress or waiter for your drinks and they bring them to you. Lovely and clean. A pleasure to dine in. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. You must try the carvery if only the one time. Absolutely Recommended.
