Voujon in Oldham

Voujon Failsworth is without doubt the best restaurant in the world. Not only is the food excellent, the staff are what make this place great. Very friendly. Thanks JB and make sure you tell chef of my appreciation for the custom made chicken tikka Ne-Paul-i, toned down for my spicy requirements. Love to you all. See you all very soon X

Absolutely brilliant, food was spectacular, brilliant portions and no problems at all. Superb service, best in the business. The whole restaurant is spectacular, nothing at all bad to say about this fantastic indian masterpiece. Absolutely fantastic.

Went for a meal with a couple of friends but we wasn't allowed to have the set meal at the discounted price which was advertised because we hadn't booked a table in advance, But the people sat on the table next to us are paying less money because they had booked the table. What sort of stupid rule is that. The manager was rude and didnt seem to have time for us. The worse thing was the restaurant was almost empty. And the food they served tasted bland and the curries all tasted the same. You think this is the best in Oldham try Kali gaulli for different flavours.

Arrived with a nice welcome, the staff are friendly and make sure you have everything you need.Food came quick and all in order with poppadoms, chutney dishes, veg and meat samosas and curries. They all tasted great, brilliant service overall for our date night and will definitely be coming back aswell as takeaway! Also clean place and lovely interior. Great atmosphere. Thanks guys.

Not one for giving reviews, but I feel I have to leave one for this gem of a place, the staff always go the extra mile an accommodate to all your needs. The food speaks for its self, extremely flavoursome and second to non! My new favourite place, thank you to all the staff at voujon for the fantastic food an hospitality!

Abdulla was our server and he had a laugh with both me and my partner. He was genuinely a lovely guy. The food was brilliant and we will definitely be coming back again.

Travelled all the way from Wakefield, to come here, over 40 miles. The food is outstanding the best I've ever had at an Indian will be coming again. Well done team

First time eating here and really enjoyed it. The restaurant itself is clean and fresh and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They really go all out to ensure you have everything you want and the service is quick and efficient. The food itself was delish and plentiful. I would highly recommend eating here but definitely book ahead.

We were welcomed warmly. There is a great choice of Asian style dishes on the menu. Our choices were delicious. The waiters were friendly. Would suggest that customers are asked to smoke away from the open windows as this meant the smoke blew back inside where we were sitting.

I came here with friends to celebrate myself finishing my cancer treatment this time 2 years ago. The food was lovely. However, the staff were a huge let down. They were ill-mannered as soon as we entered as we hadn’t booked a table and it’s “bookings only” - not sure how we were supposed to know this before our arrival. It felt as if we were being rushed the whole time and looked down upon by certain members of staff - one of which was the man I assume was the manager.A huge let down and spoiled our night, such a shame that the staff were unpleasant because the food was amazing. I will not be returning and strongly advise some thorough future training for the staff to drastically improve their social skills
