Overall, a great but disappointing experience.Starting with the pros;The customer service was excellent. I had heard great things about this and they lived up to expectations.The atmosphere was pleasant and very welcoming.The drink range was great and reasonably priced.MOST of the food was excellent quality, however, this leads to my one major con.The steak I ordered. I opted for the 19oz T-Bone as it was the days special at just under £30. All the accompaniments were great, onion rings were crisp as were the fries, the gorgonzola sauce was delicious but the steak.I asked for Medium Rare as is my preference, and it was medium rare but it was not well cooked. The meat was still quite chewy, definitely not tender and generally underwhelming.I'll rule it as probably a bad steak or bad timing, and even with that disappointment, I will return there in the future as everything else was Top-notch.

Stunning food and great atmosphere each time we eat here. You will not be disappointed

My friends and I go every few weeks before going to the Muni theatre next door. I can throughly recommend it.We have a mix of dishes, I generally have the pasta dishes and every time it is excellent. Service is very good and quick. I have taken a star off only because of the wine never being chilled enough and having to add ice but the other ladies have the gin cocktails which comes out well presented.

Had a lovely meal tonight. The only thing with the calzone pizza is that it would be better to be able to put your own sauce on like you used too. With it coming with the sauce already on it the pizza base was soggy.

Good food and service. We were there at my grandsons request. He loves their spaghetti bolognese. They played happy birthday for him too

Group of over 15. Most food was good. The last meal arrived 10 mins after the rest and was well done not medium. We mentioned this to the waiter whose attitude was - well, you ate it didn't you! Should she have sat and waited for us to finish before starting to eat hers. Food was generally good but Poor on customer service though.
