Hare & Hounds Inn in Pendle

Buitifull place. Only stayed one night as working away. Nice clean and a warm welcome, i had 6oz steak and black pudding in batter for starter. It was very nice. My room was pristine. Lovely and clean well presented. Room 1. Will defo stay there again

Fantastic friendly staff 👏 very generous on the food. Big room,Brilliant venue if your passing through the area. Certainly helped us when seeing family.

Visited with family. Staff were very friendly and food was good/tasty. Menu choice was a bit limited but I'm putting that down to covid. Recommend a visit.

Wouldnt recommend. Room freezing cold, ran out of UHT milk in the whole building ao had to go and buy my own pint of milk. Room fairly clean apart from damp patch on wall/ceiling.

Food was delicious with huge portions. Staff are brilliant.

1st time!! food I orded was horrible. Over flavour and chicken dry. Husband had fish n chips said it was nice.

Very nice little pub. Stayed for a night and the room was decent, but the bed was a bit average. Smashed the brekky in the morning, was very good

Cant fault this place. Good ale at fair price and good food. Good local pub atmosphere, friendly locals and staff - just how I like em. Also have to say, compliments to the young lad & his mum. I was so impressed at the son of one of the staff who lives in. He was so polite and well mannered. I do like & appreciate good manners 😊. Cost nothing yet go a long way.

We booked our rooms through Agoda.com, who failed to pass on the booking details to the inn. So when we arrived the inn weren’t expecting us. Despite this, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had two very clean, comfortable rooms ready as quickly as they could.The two members of staff who dealt with us couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming - making sure we had everything we needed for our overnight stay.Breakfast was delicious with a great choice, large helpings and friendly, helpful service.We would definitely stay at the Hare & Hounds again but we’ll find a better way to book rather than using Agoda.com.
