KFC in Pendle

Not good got a mighty bucket for 1 and a stacker meal the mighty box meal had 2 long hairs in it and 1 of the fillets wasn't good at all all chewy .. if ur going to wear hair nets u should cover ur hair with them its not a cat walk

Awful dry and cold food.They missed an item from our order.Was told by a super rude manager that nothing could be done and we should of rang them.So I’m missing food and you expect me to pick the phone up and use up more time while the remaining food is going cold?How much extra money are you making by taking peoples money and not giving them what they paid for?Also a young female member of staff was stood smirking at the drive through window while the manager told us he wasn’t going to do anything to rectify it.

Not sure if it's me or not, but every time I order 3 pieces of chicken and a large chips, I get a quizzical look when I say I don't want a drink, and then there is a mix up on price and I'm told I have to have a drink.

Went in for lunch. My wife and I had meals but had gone in primarily for our grand daughter. Was really good.

Twice in a row I’ve not been given the full order I paid for.Large popcorn chicken the first time and 3 chicken strips the second.There’s not going to be a third time as I’m never going back.

Absolutely rubbish cold fries ringing wet greasy chicken no cups for coffee and very abrupt staff worse kentucky ive ever been

This was a solid restaurant to get a takeaway from, where my QR codes from the app were easily recognized at the counter! The lights provide a nice atmosphere as does the KFC slogan lit up on the wall and friendly service was delivered by the staff, who had kept the area clean. I really enjoyed my Hot Wings and chips with ketchup; all of the food tasted totally fresh! However, I was disappointed when the Watermelon Refresher was unavailable but I managed to switch it for a classic Tango and the service time was too slow at nearly 5 minutes.

Imagine being given an honorary title of Colonel by the Governor of Kentucky because of the food you serve at your service station, is so well renowned for it's taste and quality. Only to be turned into a 25 minute wait at the drive through to be handed cold food and no option of a proper Pepsi.

Went to order a mighty 4 One asked for a gravy instead of a drink they said that’s ok got home opened the bag no gravy no drink but still cost £6 .99 I’m fuming after asking the guy at the window If he had put the gravy in and him confirming

Clean and the food was hot and nicely cooked. The staff I interacted with were nice - others were shouting between each other across the (rather big) restaurant something highly amusing between themselves which could not wait it would seem - something of a bug-bear of mine and I wouldn't tolerate with my teams but that's me.
