Lotus in Pendle

I don't recommend this place. The food was disgusting. It's not a Chinese food at all. I ordered 2 different dishes and it tastes the same. If they think a sweet chilli sauce mixed with water is tasty they're wrong. I wish I could swear now.First and last time ordered there!

Ordered salt and pepper mixed starter, food was delivered in 8 mins?, these guys are using a time machine or something, also great food as always!

Just had the worst food we ever eaten, £51’s worth of horrid, tasteless food, we had 4 different dishes and all felt the same, I will never order from this Chinese takeaway again, I wish I had taken photos of the food we threw away.

I know the food hygiene isn't 5 star but the food is plentiful for what you pay for it and it's well worth it

Good quality food, friendly staff and owners and we always really enjoy the food. I've been going there for a few years and it doesn't disappoint.

Good fresh food quick and tasty with lots of choice, ring up for click and collect or will deliver 👌😃

Not our normal takeaway but fancied dim sum for a change and had been trying to find a really good s&p squid since we moved to the area - found really good s&p squid!, dim sum & s&p ribs very good, satay noodle also good. Spring rolls ok but much prefer large pancake rolls (sadly not on the menu). Excellent service quick & friendly.

Very disappointing meal. Came here today with my partner for the first time and the sauces were much too thick and very oily, it ruined the rice and the after taste was disgusting. I will not be returning and do not recommend. Burnley oriental is much better and never fails to deliver brilliant service.

Well to be honest I was disgusted at reception I got from one of the staff. I ordered online and my order was received then rejected. I telephoned and they said they didn't deliver to my area but had previously done so on many occasions and also to my neighbour. It was 6.30 pm and had said they were too busy to deliver. I won't be getting my custom again.
