Mcdonald's Restaurants in Pendle

The McPlant burger looks nothing like the one advertised. Not even a slice of tomato.I reckon McDonald's owe me a burger, cos this one's a joke. Day light robbery.So I have been since.. and the plant burger has improved. So I'm gonna up the stars from 1 to a 3The waiting time is annoying sometimes.If that improves I'll up the stars some more.I never got a free burger 🍔

It's 50/50. Hit or miss.Reasons are when I order food, the chips are either freshly made or they're stale and cold, same goes for the burgers. Today it was cold as hell, felt like doing a u turn to return the chips but thought leave it. When it comes to asking for sauces. Some staff give them free, some charge extra so its confusing whether you charge customers or not for sauces. Apart from that it's decent to go to. Will edit this review if there's a change in any field. Keep up the good work if you're doing so

I would have enjoyed the meal apart from listening to a very loud person going on about his specific religion to other customers trying to enjoy their meal. It was a staff member . It was very full on , I don't expect to have to listen to that apart from a place of worship if I choose to do so. Hoping it was a one off .

Absolute nightmare at Colne MacDonalds, have to queue up for ages to get through the drive through, then have to park up because the food's never ready. It's been poor service here for months now, since they started the delivery side, too much for this branch to handle!

Food's great. Staff are usually kind.

It's ok but the staff should check the meal, before they hand it over to the customer. Had to go out of my way ,to go back. They forgot my daughter hamburger. On the good side they did give her a medium chips. Which she only orded small chips.

I order double sausage egg muffin, and I received normal sausage egg muffin. Is not the first time when is happen. Is not fair to pay for something and receive something else.

Went here at 7:30am, cleaning lady was very pleasant saying good morning and having a quick chat about the weather. Lots of seating, toilets are clean and tidy. Lots of parking with spaces for disabled persons too. Staff very friendly and well mannered. Drive-through is 24 hours.

A well run, clean and efficient McDonald's. The staff here are super super hardworking and very polite. The food is as McDonald's food should be. The drive thru is very efficiently run. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating and is very clean throughout the day. The carpark has plenty of space to park cars. Would definitely recommend 10/10
