Couldn't praise a helpful young lass more, I think her name was Wiktoria and she was very helpful and helped me with me even when I was being a hassle.

Plenty of parking under the store, choice of stairs, travelator and lifts to get up to the store. Good range of clothes and homeware. Fruit and vegetables section was tidy, well stocked and looked good, rest of the store was clean and tidy with a good range available.

Some of the staff here are lovely but some of them lately are just plain rude and aggressive. So rude in fact that I took the trouble to have a quiet talk with one woman and we agreed that she had been rude and out of order. I'll be shopping somewhere else for a year or two and we'll see if the situation improves in that time :)

Good value on home brand. There are much more economical shops for branded foods. Limited vegan choices. Really helpful and positive staff

Found it more expensive than other shops but liked the scan and go on phone. Not a great range of value items. But some savings with scan and nectar card 😁

Sainsburys was nice and quiet. There was still a long wait at the till and the price was wrong on an expensive but discounted item which may a longer wait for those behind us in the queue.

Great shopping experience, plenty of covered parking underneath the store which was clean and well stocked.Wide range of products with some really good special offers which surprised me. There is also an Argos inside for your Click & Collect needs. When I went to checkout they were friendly and efficient. Recommended place in the local area for groceries and a lot more.

They've gone upmarket. Now sell a lot of habitat things. Also got Argos and specsavers. Large range of foods. I would rather it was on the ground floor but there are escalators and lifts as well as stairs. The underground car park means you stay dry when loading your shopping in to the car

Enjoy shopping at sainsburys, but feel upset as a loyal customer that I never get the vouchers with money off when you spend x amount of money. Perhaps time for change as l have received vouchers from other good supermarkets. Tesco have a great loyalty card, for loyal customers. Would have given more stars, if you looked after people that look after you.

A really well laid out and attractive store. In addition to all the groceries there is a large section of clothing and another of various things for the home. Aisles are clearly labelled to make things easy to find. There is a reasonably sized very good cafe, which is again attractive and clean. The store is kept extremely clean, the staff on checkouts making sure that surfaces were cleaned and disinfected after each customer. There is now an Argos order and pickup point. Its location is well signposted from the entrance. It is small but very well organised and very keen friendly staff on hand help. My pickup took only a matter of minutes. The store has the extra benefit for shoppers of a covered carpark, with plenty of parking spaces for disabled drivers.I can highly recommend the store, the cafe and the Argos Click and Collect service.
