Best ice cream in the land.

Well"……. as a regular customer I have just purchased my last ice cream at this place. I refuse to be treated like I have the plague. How they expect people to support their business when you have to stand behind screens behind a “ do not touch “ table, put your money in a bucket, get your ice cream cone pushed through a hole in the screen & have your change passed through the same hole in a dish is down right pathetic. Sorry but you don't deserve support & wont be stepping foot in your hostile shop again 😤

What a little gem we have in small old nelson. All these dessert shops can't touch slaters. Amazing ice cream.

The owner (the man), is quiet rude.. I don't think he likes asians. He has an attitude problem. I remember buying an ice cream from him the other day and he was somewhat quiet ignorant. The woman is great but the man still thinks "Covid" is here and chooses to use a bucket for change.Great ice cream, but terrible attitude by the owner. Need someone new.

Never ever again. I don't use to write a bad review even I don't like something but here I must. The man probably owner treated us very bad... may cause he saw we r not British or because he saw I wear hijab as I am Muslim, and in the last of the story he took from me 10£ for 2 scoops of the ice cream. I can't write here whole story cause It is long but definitely the person behaviour is not human behaviour.

Great ice cream. However, the staff are awkward: that they are doing you a favour, opposed to offering any level of customer service.The opening hours are random at best and it’s pot luck whether they are open or not.Great ice cream, let down by a lack of business sense.

Best place in Lancashire for Ice Cream. Quality ice cream at affordable prices. The ice cream tastes amazing and the service is customer friendly. One of Nelson's iconic places. Always love coming here when the weather is good. I recommend the cookies and cream ice cream with chocolate sauce (as seen in pictures), absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend 10/10
