A surly girl took our order, we paid £9.50, got a coffee, waited 10 minutes for two pies which never arrived, no apology or explanation. We left without them in the end as we had to get off. Honestly, we will revisit Wycoller but won't bother even trying this cafe again. They have the monopoly on visitors so clearly feel no customer service is required.

Lovely and peaceful. Perfect for a stroll and a picnic along the stream. Perfect for having a paddle. Dog friendly. Small cafe that also serves ice cream.

Wycoller craft centre, in the village is beautiful. Even when raining it's a lovely place. We warmed up with a coffee in the coffee and gift shop.

Great local coffee shop that has a good, extensive reasonably priced menu with tables by a warming coal fire. They have their own loyalty card and wifi which is great for regular walkers on the Bronte trail and other local walks. I should mention that the coffee is actually hot, not like the ready to drink, warm cups served by many of the chains.

Has the potential to be really nice. The food was good and the drinks were good but the place was filled with smoke from the stove, which wasnt burning properly (I question where the smoke alarms were......?). It was cold. The only sounds were the alarm in the kitchen going on and on and on. The little girl sat next to us got ash all over her cake when the fire decided to spit it out all over her and the atmosphere was so strange that we felt like we couldn't talk to each other.Really hate to say all this, as like I say, it could be a great little place.

I have been visiting Wycoller for over 20 years, but not sure how long the cafe/craft centre has been there for.Lots and interesting items for sale, including the traditional sweet section. The cafe is lovely, with the old, open fire. The food is freshly prepared and I'd recommend the pie and peas. The homemade cakes are a naughty temptation too.You can take your dogs into the cafe, or dine outside in their outdoor eating area.Prices are reasonable, but check they're open, before visiting....as certain days are closed, depending on the season.Highly recommended.

It's in the middle of a beautiful village. Good choice of foods. The best hot chocolate ever. Highly recommend

·

Great place to visit, beautiful countryside and a good walk to the "Atom' sculpture

·

Scones with jam and cream are amazing. Was also able to sit outside with the dog.

Quaint little Lancashire village with an extensive historical background. Take the kids, unfortunately you have to park a ways from the village but it's a good walk for the younguns. PS: Watch out for the lone ranger if you take your car in the centre without a "BLUE" badge.
