Beefeater - Norman Jepson in Preston

I have dined here 3 times, easy booking service, adequate parking and spacious place. The meals are well made, tasty, and filling, staff service is really good. My family and I have enjoyed every meal and will be making regular visits.

Not enough staff on the Wednesday evening. Staff friendly and sirloin steak and jumbo prawns delicious.

While the service from the staff was outstanding and the waitress was really friendly. The food was poor (see photo) it was dull and uninspiring and left a lot to be desired. There are plenty of other better chains out there to eat in.

Lovely service, amazing food and the sticky toffee pudding is out of this world. Would recommend whole heartedly. Also there is a Premier Inn just next door, so a top notch dining experience if staying over for business etc.

We had a great meal and despite eating at another Beefeater a few weeks previously, this was a level aboveThe food was well cooked and very tasty, but what really made the visit was the service. The food was actually very nice, stake was tender and cooked nicely. Service was rather slow and the young waitress seemed flustered. Polite and friendly. Breakfast was nicely cooked with a quick service again Breakfast staff were great, polite and friendly with a smile.

This place is amazing! I don’t drink beer but was actually really good. The food was amazing the chef Luke cooks amazing. Next time I go to England I will for sure go back there and have the food again.

First time visiting and we decided to go for breakfast. Staff friendly and welcoming, nothing too much bother, went above and beyond without needing to be asked, clearly their normal level of service. Attentive but not over attentive, always kept themselves busy and this was reflected in the overall level of cleanliness(spotless) and the promptly cleared plates - and they all looked happy to be working there. Outstanding staff and they need to be complimented on this. Food was great too lol, lovely breakfast, freshly cooked to order and good quality, the continental buffet was lovely too. Great value for money but it's definitely the staff that stood out, every credit to them and clearly the manager too. Breakfast 28.11.21 so you can pinpoint the staff and pass on our thanks.

This place was right next door to the Premier Inn where we stayed for the night en route to Blackpool. looked really nice but we had a choice of the beefeater or local pub for dinner. It was close but the local pub won. went into the beefeater for Costa coffees in the morning and just looking round it looked really nice and the man behind the bar doing the coffees was so polite and helpful I almost felt guilty for not eating there. - maybe next time, but it'd certainly convenient if you are staying at the Premier Inn in Preston. loads of parking outside aswell
