Burger King in Preston

Bad service, dirty floor and tables, poorly trained staff more interested in chatting about their weekend than providing good service. It took them 20 mins for some fries because they forgot about them. Never coming here again

Was told a 30p sauce packet does not qualify for an eat-in place. Despite my efforts I was forced to buy a 99p small drink which is not even food! It's a beverage! Unbelievable, I shall be buying my sauce packets elsewhere from now on.

Expensive meals without using offers on the app. However I got a Plant based Whopper on a No Meat Monday app offer for £1.99. Had to take away as it was late, but could use the tables outside. Never busy here.

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru, when the restaurant looked empty, and there were only 3 cars in front of us.Everything was on the cold side and I ordered large but got normal size chips and drinks.Also, the Argentinian burger didn't look like their menu.Very poor.

Few staff , very long wait for order , staff busy with fulfilling deliveries for just eat etc , felt like walk in customers were not a priority

Place was nice and comfortable. Ordered food was served quickly and it was very tasty and fresh. We enjoyed the food and will visit again the premises when we visit town again.

Always exceptional! Great deals on the app, the staff will always swap fries for a drink (I'm not into fries) and they put the fast in fast food! Seriously, in comparison to McD's or KFC they're grill ninjas!Soooo much better than Maccie D's burgers too, I'll never understand why anyone would choose a Big Mac over a Bacon King 🤯

Went for a quick snack while shopping and was mortified 😱😭 I have one treat day a week and I wasted it here. Not only was the food luke warm (I had to change the whopper with cheese, it was stone cold), the drinks machine was clogged with ice like kids had been playing with it. Tables weren't being wiped. When I changed my burger the lady just looked annoyed, binned it and asked for another one. Treated me like I ruined her day! Avoid at all cost!!!

Slow service, and the self-serving drinks machine is a no go in COVID. I know BK have had this set up for awhile but personally I'd stop it. No rubber mat so extremely slippy around it. Never got cleaned in the 15mins I was there. Curve ball it guys.

Waited 12 minutes for food that was sat in the warmer for almost 10 while 6 other groups received their orders before me, get my food and it's the wrong order. If the staff weren't so busy messing around and actually focusing on what they were doing I'd be a happy customer right now and I'm not. Now having to wait even longer for the correct food.
