Facilities are clean, staff seemed rushed / understaffed but friendly. Iced Latte wasn't great.

A nice, clean, dog friendly coffee shop. Staff were well mannered and efficient, tables were all clear and clean, and there was no wait for our hot chocolates.

Caffe Nero is probably my favourite go to chain coffee shop, the coffee is generally always well made, usually served at a good temperature and the discounts via the app are a huge bonus!

Had a very average mocha here to be treated with little to no hospitality and a not so friendly member of staff. The wifi was also very tedious and annoying to connect to. However, there was a friendly barista and they played some good music too. Overall would definitely not return to this cafe though, not impressed

Nothing is too much trouble here to maintain high standards. This place really stands out because of the positive attitude of the ladies who work here. I can see this becoming a favourite spot of ours. Sitting outside in the sun with a frappe feels like being on holiday.

Always clean, always really nice staff. Look after children too. My boy just had a lovely hot chocolate.

Cafe Nero is by far my favourite cafe shop although I am not a coffee person really. Their hot chocolate with wiped cream is my favourite hot chocolate ever. Let alone the beautiful cakes they serve. When it rains (as usual),I love to go to Cafe Nero, have my hot chocolate and chocolate/carrot cake, sit, relax and watch people walking by. They have nice tables on the ground floor inside and outside and it is quite spacious. The reason why I am not giving this one a 4/5 stars is that on the first floor, I was expecting to sit up there and enjoy the view of the street, but the windows are quite high and you have to stand up to see the street. But overall, my experience is mostly good there.

That was one of the best kept café Nero's I have ever visited.Clean, considerate staff, well laid out and generally a nice place to sit. This I don't say often with café Nero's.Well done, you are a credit to the brand.
