Caffe Nero - Preston, Fishergate in Preston

The staff are friendly and work fast. I love the points app and staff remind you when in store.

Nice staff, great coffee but premises need a deep clean and refurb.

Food and coffee ok but the Preston branch on Fishergate is a bit tired and drab looking and doesn't feel very bright or clean in appearances

Excellent flat white! I avoided the chain for years, but was massively surprised by the experience today. Their coffee game is on point! Highly recommend to try the flat white.

Drink nice. Shop was dirty as. Had a lovely finger nail on my table and was more of a dumping ground in the back seating area.

Bought my usual from Cafe Nero and would have preferred the soy milk to be added to the coffee before getting it, rather being given a small pourer. However, great customer service and high l vels of cleanliness.

Quiet and peaceful in the morning, clean and has a lovely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Worth coming here in between train changes for a quick caffeine fix and was only a 1 minute walk from the train station😊
