Not HMC! Bolton branch is HMC and I give that a 5/5! Amazing tasting food which is here too but wouldn't touch the risky non-halal non-HMC non-trust worthy food unfortunately..

Ordered food yesterday and apparently chesters have changed their name to franguitos to make them look good but the staff there is rude and does not know how to speak to customers and was very aggressive when i called to make a complaint, they charged us for a wrap that they didnt send and charged delivery fee when the menue says free delivery for over £10, also charged more than what it states on the menue, staff hung up when questioned about over charging and lied that the manager isnt there when i asked to speak to manager the food also came after over an hour and was very cold, awful service never ordering from here ever again doesnt even deserve 1 star. Meal on the menue is 5.29 and when questioned he was like oh the price if meal is 6.49 then when i said i have the menue infront of me and demanded him to send the receipt with the driver he goes of its the delivery fee so they were lieing constantly and making things up, absolutely poor service, this place needs to be shut down, the food was awful the chicken tasted nasty and felt tile chewing on a tyre it was tough to chew and the chips were soggy and cold.

Oh dear got 7 meals from here delivered for a treat for colleagues on Xmas eve. Food all cold burger buns stale and dry . Chips were like chipsticks. Chicken ended up in the bin . It had been recommended by staff member saying how good the food was . Well below par won't be buying from here again . Did email to let them know . As yet no reply .

Ordered on uber eats, delivery between 6:40pm and 7pm. Rang at 7:15 because it hadn't arrived. The guy apologised and said it would be with us in roughly 10 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago and nokne answers the phone when I call

Got 2 chicken , chips and can of pop, 5 quid ( they didn't give us the beans or coleslaw extra ).I think the lad at the counter could be bothered (.the world owes me a favour) ATTITUDE when he said red salt I said no can I have white salt , his dummy came out again , K F C would batter it all over , food 4 out 10 and service about 1 out 10, try best not to go again even though there's no where else open near at that time

I ordered cheesey chips, they looked great, however they were cold , and hard inside. Really disappointed, I couldn't eat them. Gutted I had to throw them in the bin

Special with their grilled chicken.Food:Chicken is always well cooked nice and tender from the inside and full of flavour from the outside. Their portions are well balanced. But I would say maybe better if they increased their rice in the dishes it is served in. Sometimes the rices is less than what I need, but that is me being greedy😂. I have tried their grilled chicken breast, more for those on diet, and chicken Naan wrap which is a tasty saucy greasy wrap but trust me the flavours are amazing. Their grilled chicken is also so good.Price:Reasonably priced.Cleanliness:They cook everything in front of you, so if you are not happy you could just leave 😂haha but they are really clean.Service:Staff are nice and friendly all the time, and quick.Suggestion for perfection:Maybe add a little bit of green salad with the grilled dishes. You used to do this a while ago, but you don’t anymore which is a shame, because with a rice and chicken meal, you do need something fresh with it on the side.

Such a nice place to have food with very low prices. Their peri peri chicken is very good with the fries.A half peri peri chicken with large portion of fries, rice and a drink is only £6.5. So its a pretty good price.Their pizza is also very good. I tried their wrap and burger as well. I didn’t like the burger that much but the wrap was very good.

I want chicken but too much carbon（｀Δ´）！Lazy staff never turn-over. Terrible quality after change the staff.Orginally it's good, add 1 star.
