My sister in law brought me here to celebrate passing my theory. I had never heard of it but my god I won't be forgetting it anytime soon. The ambience was lovely, the decoration is... pretty 😍 there's literally no better word its so pretty! And the desserts are... to... DIE FOR! staff where lovely too! Overall experience cant be faulted in the slightest thankyou

We ordered on Uber eats and it was absolutely disgusting. The order was wrong, the food was so messy and we found hair in the fudge cake. It’s not worth the price absolutely.

Not bad but not good, room for improvement and definitely lacking customer careFirstly the food and milkshake honestly was delicious I can't fault the taste of the food at all but that aside I have this to say, we ordered a fondue for 2 and yes the Belgian milk chocolate was delicious but the bowl it was served in wasn't cleaned, I asked my girlfriend to lift the bowl and it had old chocolate pasted to the bowl (photo attached) as well some of the fruits served with it had fungus on it, so the level of attention to the food they are serving and the cutlery and crockery is obviously lacking...Lastly the staff aren't friendly and inviting, they all had such gourmless and unhappy faces and when we took some cakes home in a takeaway bag the young lady working there walked past, dumped the bag on the table aggressively and just walked away not even making eye contact. I took my girlfriend here as a surprise and I'm embarrassed that was the service and unprofessional approach we received, the decor and food was delicious and on point, the staff and management however needs to be looked at.I wouldn't take it as far as telling people not to go there, just don't get your hopes up thinking it's going to be top notch quality, rather look at alternatives before considering this as your first pick.

Never had a bad experience in the Preston one yet always try to pay a visit when passing. Just one dessert and a coffee I was happy and full when leaving. With a new premise they should maintain it a little better having a flickering light within my vision shows poor maintenance. But on grounds of quality above and beyond.

Visited here for my first time, I have to say that the decor is beautiful. It’s a really well presented place. The letdown is the customer service, you wait a long time to get served, trying to catch peoples eye so you can order - it shouldn’t have to be like that. The food was really nice, I enjoyed all of it. The final thing I must say I didn’t like is that when paying I was asked if I’d like to leave a tip. I feel this can come across as quite rude, maybe the PDQ machine should have been handed to me so I could make that choice in confidence?

I have given this place two solid attempts and both experiences have been less than average. Try #1 (takeaway) was the unimpressive banana on a waffle for £7.75... enough said. Try #2 (eat in) our waiter was inattentive and slow to do everything, and the desserts were nothing more than sugar bombs, no real "taste" other than sweet. I really don't understand the hype around this place, it's good for an Instagram shot and that's about it.

Menu is great. Service can be improved.Attention to customers is very low.You can be sitting there for an hour without order placement

Tastefully designed, lovely ambience. The staff are nice and welcoming. Orders were promptly served and tasted really good. The kind of place I would recommend to a friend.

Great spot for deserts and tea/coffee.For a Monday night it was busy but only had couple of members of staff serving, taking orders and serving front of house. Must have been a few “chefs” in the back.Due to the staffing, we waited about 25 mins to order, which incidentally I had to go and fetch the waitress to come and take our order ..Food was tasty and delicious although the portion sizes were on the small size ..I would have liked to see bigger portions (especially for the cost) and probably speedier service ..I will come back the next time I’m in Preston … oh just to clarify, the location has changed .. it’s next to Nandos on the market square ..Much love ….

Cute decor and good open space compared to the old one. No complaints about customer service, we were served as soon as we entered. Dessert were good.
