Jade City in Preston

Utterly disgraceful. Ordered through just eat. Restaurant refuse the order. Phoned them and he laughed over the phone at me and was rude. Asked for my money back and he laughed again and said phone just eat. Disrespectful. Rude. Should not be in business.

Nope🤮 ordered for delivery, they told us they were 10 minutes but turned up 45 min later. So in total almost 2 hours late. Everything was cold and unedible. Would not order from here againChips cold, hard but wet. The other image attached is supposed to be Ribs..

Been using Jade City for over 10 years. Since the original owners left it has been gradually going down hill. We gave it 3 chances to see if it would get better. The latest delivery was awful. Smaller potions, more expensive and absolutely tasteless. Never again will we be buying from there.

Good food.. the guy behind the counter is amazing,he doesn't talk much,he's taking orders over counter, over phone,over online orders,plus sorting out delivery's, it looks like chaos,but he doesn't miss a beat..

We only nipped in for some salt and pepper chips but they were lovely

Just had a most enjoyable meal off this Restaurant. Food was great and delivery was early.Will definitely be using again

Halloween - TRICK NOT A TREATWon tons had no filling. OK Crispy beef was so chewy we couldn’t eat it. Ribs all tasted the same despite being advertised at 3 flavours. Kids chicken nuggets where so dry they looked like cardboard.Absolutely appalling Chinese. AvoidI think we must have received a bag of last nights left overs dinged in the microwave. Such a shame as previously thought it was good from here.Will not be returning

No one should go here, they harass their customers out of money. Go round threatening familys, causing commotion. Check their just eat reviews been doing this for months. Terrible company

There's a conundrum with Western adapted Chinese food. You can get small portions but better taste at higher prices. You can also get the opposite.This place is in the 2nd category. The duck was nice but quite fatty, and unfortunately wasn't shredded like usual from other restaurants. I'd suggest they rename it to duck on the bone with pancakes.The salt and pepper chips were a massive portion, which amazed me but the taste was almost nonexistent.Curry sauce was a little cold but nice.The Hoisin sauce was lush.Cucumber was a bit dry.Satay chicken skewers was better in the morning after 3 of the 4 marinating in their sauce.I've tried authentic Chinese food, I love it, I've obviously has a run in my half life with Western adapted Chinese food, and this one I'd go to if I've got no money and fancy a treat. However if I fancy a real treat, I'd not use Jade City again.I feel 3 stars is fair, not inedible, just really bland.
