Jing Jing in Preston

I've been a loyal customer from the beginning and despite the 2 year break when they shut, we were back as soon as they re-opened. After tonight however, I don't think we'll be returning. We ordered 2 x Sweet&Sour Chicken, 1x Egg fried rice + 1x Chips. The chips were way overcooked and the sweet & sour chicken was in a sauce so strong that it was inedible. I'd never normally do this but I rang up Jing Jing to complain and was met with an unhelpful attitude, told they were always consistent etc. Basically the lady on the phone would not accept that I had had a bad experience. Eventually she said she would tell the chefs, said goodbye and put down the phone! So much for being loyal customers.

Cannot believe. Just ordered salt and pepper crispy chicken from here and its literally all batter. Tried to call up and tell them and they were so unhelpful, stating its just 'how the dish is' like we don't get it all the time. Then said they don't care if I leave a bad review so here we go. Don't expect friendly or helpful service or any chicken in your meal loool

Quite the worst Chinese takeaway meal ever! Roast Duck in Peking Sauce turned out to be at least 50% soggy white fat in watery vinegar!

I got home to find a metre of deep woked packing tape on top of my takeaway that somehow had been put in with my food in the wok then proudly topped my food in the carton. Never again.

It must be the best Chinese round hete just received a massive order for our office Christmas do. Everyone loves it. Many thanks!

Cold food and over priced rubbish!!. Staff talk to u like dirt would not give it my dog!!!. Never again..

Lived in Preston nearly 10 years and this is the best Chinese I’ve had living here, since it reopened

Quality has lowered ... I go here when I visit my brothers house in Preston. Watery curry and meat wasn't top notch either.

Used to love this take away but the last few times we noticed that the quality has been getting gradually worse and the portion size has also got a lot smaller. After our most recent disappointing order we decided that will be our last and now look for another Chinese

Just been into jing jing ordered crispy duck egg fried rice and chicken chow mein egg fried rice with chips, chips like rubber re-heated, duck very dry chicken chow mein just rank,, 0 out of 10, will never eat here again. i did ring them to say how i felt.
