KFC in Preston

Service is quick and food decently prepared. Definitely been to worse KFCs but as with most of them the lobby seems to always be messy.

Went with my daughter, its always a safe bet a kfc 🍗 ☺..soon got served and seated on a very clean table 👌..staff very friendly and all had smiles and the team worked well together.

Came there for Dine in. Affordable clean and well-maintained. Staffs are good

Clean, good offers, reasonable price, I'm talking about that particular branch.

If there was an option for 0 stars I’d put 0, the chicken was raw, I took it back to the store and they told me it was ‘discolouration’. Chicken is either white or pink, no in between. I got a refund, but I’d already eaten one of the fillets and didn’t check because you wouldn’t think to check if the chicken from a popular fast food chain was raw or not. Really disappointed, could’ve gotten really ill from it.

Nice and hot food the shop could do with a deep clean though

They didn't take my order after payment was collected from me. I complained about it and the attendant looked confused. This was after about 12 mins after I placed my order and paid for it. Didn't get my food and lost 5 pounds too. And yes the people who came in after me got theirs.

Ordered a variety wicked bucket through Deliveroo. When order arrived the chicken fillets were missing and the six pieces of original recipe chicken were all chicken leg. I only eat the white meat pieces. Disappointed with the quality of the food that did arrive.

Absolutely no respect for the drivers at the end of the day we don’t work for u we the delivery driver does not work KFC WE work for just eat Uber eat or Deliveroo I would like to request the Manager to tell the staff we deserve respect like you guys thank you ✌️

Obviously short of staffs but everybody is working so hard to provide wonderful service with delicious food 👍🏼
